Stay away. Bill Cannons shop is not ethical and they will lead you down the primrose path. Not BB accredited!
I have so many complaints about the work done to my car on two separate occasions.
I will stick to the worst aspects of Bill Cannon. He blames anyone but himself, he's never done anything wrong. He talked to me like the two faced person he is.
Preaches the Bible, then can't even follow the golden rule himself.
Bill had my car for about 3 months for a clutch job. Installed it after the first month, then it wasn't operating properly. Bill immediately blamed the clutch, I said its possible, but there's other possibilities lets diagnosis it!
I ran to the shop paid him in full before he could even send me a bill. I knew he was going to just say pay me, then not try to figure out what's wrong. So Bill says "since I just paid him he will figure it out and be on the clutch company to do whats right" Awesome! Also very sketchy, as Bill is.
My car then sat for 2 months.
So Jeremy said my car would be back on the lift in 1 week after the clutch install, 2 months later. I asked Amanda to please contact the clutch company prior to starting work so everything can be coordinated. The clutch company is located in Australia so it's a 14hr ahead. I dont think this family is used to dealing with project management. Measurements had to be taken, they agreed to all of this work. The clutch company was amazing as far as responses.
I call the shop and I asked Jeremy what's going on? "Well I just sent out the spec sheet 1/2 hr ago". He sat on it for a day, he made the process go slower. Then I said to him this is ridiculous, my car sat for 2 months and hou blaming me for time wasted? Then they started to blame the clutch company and me. I asked him if hes ever heard of the golden rule? I guess Jeremy couldn't deal with that question and he ran home and quit for a day. Jeremy's a good guy, just has to cover up for his father's lies and unethical behavior. It has to get old.
So Bill then called me from his personal phone and blamed me for his relationship with his son. If his son got upset by me saying please and thank you to him, the problem is with the father. Bill is a pompous person.
Bill said horrible things to me on his personal phone because the other phones lines are recording.
I actually asked Bill to play my phone call with his son, but he won't. Facts end a discrepancy. Bill just saw his son split tail and run home, so Bill had to blame someone other than himself. I'm the reason why Jeremy can't deal with the day to day of Bill Cannons family circus?
So Bill Cannon used a excuse to wash his hands of liability, now my car has to go to another shop.
You just have to assess his lot, it used to be filled with cool classic cars. Now there's a Cadillac with a flat tire that's been there for over 3 months. The ugliest corvette ever made, its not the Callaways sledgehammer. Theres also automatic Mitsubishi 3000 spider, that car is questionable.
If you go inside their all Cannons, Awesome!
This place also reminds me of a 1980's Winston Cigarette add.
Bill also said "he's never worked on a engine that blew up". I know that's not true.
My total bill $3279, and Bill's quit working on my car because his son ran home and quit for the day. Bill said I assaulted him on the phone, I used please and thank you's.
My previous bill was $2700, Bill took my money and he treated me horrible.
Bill will respond to this saying I don't know what I'm talking about. I never claimed to, I asked him for his help, he agreed. Then he quit when it came down to what the problem was with my car.

Bill Cannon is a great talker. Stay away.
He had my 70 buick Electra for 11 months for a stock engine rebuild.
He broke my original fan shroud and denied it. He fabricated a fan shroud and put this tape on it. He said he’s a professional. ???
He left my car outside when he said he wasn’t
My 3 inch white walls where very very dirty and my hard to find rims are starting to rust

Bill went above and beyond for us. Was so helpful! Diagnosed the problem and found the solution. I am forever grateful. He made the best out of our 11 year anniversary broke down truck. We will never forget you.

It is so great just to find an auto repair shop that is honest, reliable and reasonably priced. But with Bill Cannon, we found so much more! Bill went the extra mile to make sure that first we wouldn’t be stranded by hooking us up with a reliable tow company, but moreover, he went the extra mile, staying more than 2 hours past closing time to make sure that our vehicle was properly repaired. His work ethic is beyond compare, and his results were excellent. With me, he earned a customer for life! I highly recommend to anyone in the “Delmar” area, and his shop is not far from Ocean City or the Delaware beach towns.

Simple transmission hoses replacement. So far so good. I have some upcoming repairs on my car that are a little more involved. I’ll update my review after that.

ALL AROUND GREAT SERVICE!! We were traveling home from Maryland back to Pennsylvania towing a camper with the truck filled with 2 kids and a dog and had about 5mins before we were doomed luckily Bill’s was there as we pulled into the parking lot the truck shut off, walked in and within mins there was a mechanic under the hood and just as we thought the alternator had went ? the mechanic (Chris) had the parts department ordering up a new one and as we waited took the old one out and within less than 15mins had a brand new alternator and had us back on the road home in about an hour! Thank goodness for Bill’s and all of the wonderful employees that helped us!! Definitely recommended, wish we didn’t live so far away.
