“Our car drives like a new vehicle since our service appointment. We walked in and received repairs the same morning! We've had a few appointments here, and have found the service is consistently affordable, professional, fast and done properly. They share a report and pictures of your vehicle so you can see any damage and are very transparent about their work. The total bills come in under or at the estimate and these folks never suggest repairs unless they truly are needed. Also, the shop is clean with a great waiting area, and staff are always friendly and helpful. We're so glad to have found this shop, and truly appreciate finding a mechanic we can trust.”

“Stewart, the owner of Harmon's Body Shop, is amazing! After a run-in last December with a deer on the way home from work, my insurance company wanted to total my Kia Sorento after getting the first body shop estimate. But the adjuster gave me another option: She told me that if I could get the car repaired for a dollar amount that was about $1,300 less thana that estimate, they would pay for it. So I asked friends whether they could recommend a body shop that did good work at very reasonable rates. One of those friends told me she had gone to Harmon's Body Shop in Millsboro and Stewart had repaired her car for a charge that was very reasonable. So I went to Harmon's and talked with Stewart. He went to the first body shop to look at my car and said he thought he could do it for the dollar amount the insurance company was willing to pay. I had the car towed to Harmon's. Stewart submitted an estimate to the insurance company and it was accepted. As luck would have it, Stewart was able to find a Kia Sorento in a salvage lot that had been totaled but had an undamaged front end with most of the parts my car needed. It was even the same color! Less than 3 weeks after I had my car towed to Harmon's, Stewart completed the repairs, and I drove out of his shop with a car that had a beautifully rebuilt front end. Stewart also drove it just enough to make sure it was mechanically sound. I am fortunate to have found Stewart and Harmon's. I never could have gotten a car even remotely similar to my Sorento with what the insurance company was willing to pay me. I highly recommend Stewart and Harmon's Body Shop. He is honest, gets the job done in the timeframe he says he will and does great work.”

“I recently purchased a car that had been primarily serviced at OC imports. I contacted Josh at OC imports to get a service history on the vehicle. He was more than accommodating, giving me past service history. He remembered both previous owners of the vehicle and advised me that I bought a very solid car. He also told me that if I ever wanted to sell it back to him to let him know. So I've never had my car serviced at OC imports, but I can say their customer service is fantastic. Even for someone out of state who probably wont become a customer due to distance. I guess what I'm saying is they made a stranger feel like an important customer, and that is hard to find in todays business world.”

“Alternator bearings went up and 5 year old battery drained completely. Triple A towed me to Millsboro, DE lot after I called around for a battery, thinking that was the only problem. Erwin, helped me sort everything out and went above and beyond anything I ever experienced before. He even contacted a great and fair mechanic that came to the Advance lot and performed all the labor needed.

“I find them pricy, yet they are customer service focused. Have a really nice selection of bulk cable and terminal lugs. All kinds of terminals for break/fix. Usually,they have the exact fit battery or offer a will work battery from stock.. I like that they keep a computer log of batteries I buy, so if there is an in warranty claim, it's no hassle without a reciept. They always offer to load the battery in your vehicle and offer instalation. Good store.”
“After a very long week and dealing with tourist traffic, I found myself at Advance. Have been a customer for years. A kind lady named Penny waited on me and somehow read my mind. I was mainly there to get the top of the line Purolator filter and some oil. Nobody else sells these filters! Thank you, Penny and Advance. She automatically brought that filter to me as I was selecting the oil.”
“My family of 6 were far from home and had electrical issues in the parking lot of Carquest & Ocean Air Tire. We initially asked for help from Carquest employees who happily tried testing battery, starter and alternator then they went and grabbed Matt at Ocean Air who was INCREDIBLE!! He spent an hour or more methodically testing every possible failure (18 engine codes were firing), alongside the totally helpful Carquest employees, Dorothy and Daniel. In the end he got us diagnosed, fixed and back on the road. It could have been a miserable day of towing to the dealer and expensive estimates but instead we were MacGyver'd up with a giant cable tie (wiring harness failed) and salvaged a day at the beach. Completely above and beyond service in every way. Both businesses under the same owner. Thanks guys!!”

“I came into oc on vacation and my alternator broke. Tried call advance auto parts, but I was on hold for 30 minutes. When I got through, they said there system was down. So I called carquest and talked to Jason. He ordered my part for the next morning . when I got there the pully was wrong. He let me use there tools to change it in the store. Then he gave me and my wife a ride back to the hotel so I could get up and running. Jason is a first class person who went above and beyond what he had to do. I would highly recommend this store.”
