My rating is low for a combination of factors, with one being corporate rules and the company that does the driving for delivery, and the other being about just a few employees at the store. It's truly like the customer doesn't matter anymore. There are items that I need that I don't get, and except for one major issue where the driver was caught lying about a delivery, there is really no resolution. The one where the driver was lying was obvious because he took the proof of delivery photo when the groceries were in his trunk, and it was obviously not my order such as it showed bleach and I hadn't ordered bleach. So I don't and can't trust the drivers. I was just especially needing eggs, and had bought lunch for my husband the following day but didn't get it and there was no resolution. Sometimes a refund of the items aren't enough. You just want the items.

I am very irritated with this Walmart I got a TV for my birthday take it out of the box and the screen is busted and cracked and broke this TV still comes on but who wants to watch a TV like that so I call four different Walmarts they tell me to bring my TV back as long as I got the box they'll give me another one I call this Walmart because it's the closest to me and they tell me I have to have a receipt who in the hell does a receipt for a birthday gift cuz I'm not going to go to nobody and ask them for a receipt for a gift they bought for me for my birthday so I guess I got to find a Walmart in Maryland because Seaford Walmart just ain't doing right I'm out of TV why y'all pocketed more money like it just makes nobody sense to me and it's always something with this one Walmart and I've been to millions of Walmarts in different states several different states and it's only this Walmart right here if I could give a negative star I would I mean at this point I'm just like why do they even have a Seaford Walmart like a nice Costco's would go really good right there in that spot

Bought a Hang Onn TV wall mount in May, then got slammed with work and couldn't actually install it until today in July.
It was broken out of the box. The arm wouldn't swing outward at all, completely locked up, even when a TV was placed on it to add weight to the pivot release.
The QR code for the install video didn't work because it said the QR code scan limit had been reached.
When I took it back to the store to try again so I wouldn't have to drill any more holes in the wall and studs, it had been over 30 days, so they refused the exchange or refund. And the lady at the desk suggested posting it on Facebook marketplace.
She *suggested I post a broken product for sale to screw over someone else.*

Had to do a return. The lady in customer service was great. I had left some property behind Friday night and one of the store employees took it to the return desk.

Went for an oil change 7.10.2024..
Greeted by a an efficient employee “ Frank” on name tag .. check in done suggested an oil type and job was done on time.
Later I noticed one valve cap on my new tires was missing. Service tech Mr Eduardo needs to be more careful with customer property. Such carelessness from an individual can also cause lug nuts to go flying off on the highway..

I love Walmart and if look carefully,you may find reduced deals plus a charge was made on my card, instead of making me rescan items, they absorbed the extra charge ???

I had an excellent experience today at the Seaford Walmart. I was helped by an associate named Sandy. She helped me find a price that I question because it seemed to good to be true. It was true.She also showed me on her phone how to get the Walmart app and all it can do. Thank you Sandy for the excellent customer service!!

Pretty good walmart. The workers there are extremely helpful. The store is always very clean. The pharmacy is extremely professional and helpful.
