D'Quian went above and beyond he was so very helpful. I had a iPad exchange Apple Watch and phone and I was with that gentleman for three hours. Very patient answered all my questions you need more employees like him.

Horrible store. Horrible people. Lying and taking advantage of older lonely people and pushing scams on them like the home internet. Telling them they can return it to the store then telling them they can’t when trying to do so and saying they will have to drive an hour to return a box he had for less than a week and never even opened. They should be ashamed of themselves. Verizon as a whole is a terribleCompany and is now making it impossible to return this item. If I could do minus stars, I would.
