I asked for 500 in hundreds and fifties they gave me all twenties talking bout we ran outta big bills mf lie worker in next booth stack of hundreds in her hand. If I wanted all 20s I'd go to ATM instead of going out my way to get disappointed

This branch office has gone way downhill. They hide the deposit slips. You are greeted by a security guard that tells you to stand in line for a teller that can’t answer questions because they don’t have access to information. You can’t call because the phones transfer to corporate and corporate tells you to go to the branch office. VERY poorly managed. Manager should be ashamed. I’m a 30 year customer.

I had to make an appointment. My appointment was at 2:30pm. I was finally called back at 2:50 pm only after security guard asking if I wanted to reschedule my appointment. Who has days to keep going back to the bank to get things done??? What are they thinking with these appointments????

Very horrible, a lady that worked there kept talking to me as if I was d**** Kept asking me if I even knew what my name was, my own zip code, and if I knew what county I was in. That wasn’t the worse part she asked immediately after “do you know what a county is?” The elderly woman kept talking to me as if I didn’t know English, or as if I was “stupid.” She continues to help me get my card replaced, she cuts up my card. Then comes back and tells me they were out of cards?I heard her talking to a co-worker in the hubby next to her. Saying that another co worker should’ve checked if there was any cards before she left, but apparently did not. They both got irritated and said “I’m not surprised she didn’t check.” So not only do you have your fellow employees not talking correctly to customers, but also gossiping in front of customers? As well as your employees not doing their jobs? The customer service was very poor, and I did not like how they were talking to me. You aren’t suppose to make your customers feel that way. At the end of it, she apologized and told me to come back tomorrow. That was the only thing she did right.

Try to set up an ACH transfer to pay your rent. Go ahead, try. Your online business banking will send a check, but you can't set up a transfer. Call the 877 number on the business website. Wait. "Oh, this is a business... I'll have to transfer you to business." Wait some more. "Oh, you want an ACH transfer, that's the ACH group... They closed at 9:00. I can give you their number and you can call them tomorrow after 9:00." "Oh, tomorrow is Thanksgiving? I forgot that. You can call them Friday. No, your bank branch can't set this up." Save yourself a lot of trouble. Find a better bank!
