My dog was not properly groomed - only there for 28 minutes and was called to come pick her up. Petco customer service has been little help with getting this issue resolved.

Wanted to give a message of gratitude to a very special groomer (person). My wife took a horrible fall out front of the Petco in Seaford this special employee is not only a pet rescuer but a human rescuer she came to the aid of my wife and I and my family wanted to thank her. She gets my vote for employee of the year. Unfortunately amongst all the kaos I didn’t get her name.God bless her.

I really want to thank Jasmine so much for helping us today, I'll gladly drive from Salisbury to Seaford. I had one of the most worst experiences at PetSmart and they need to learn from Petco how to train some of their employees
