The staff needs to be more concern about the customer when asked a question instead of brushing you off I get that a lot when I go in there. Most of the time they're standing in a huddle talking about other people and their night before business.

The Seaford DE store needs a good lesson in customer service and how to stock their products! I went to this store to purchase some Vinyl sheet flooring. Even though their website showed ample stock, when I arrived they had NOTHING in stock that I wanted. I was told the one item was already on order so I could go ahead and prepay for it and it should be there in a week or two. I was also told they would try to expedite it. Not only did they NOT expedite the order, they CANCELLED my order with no phone call to inform me of such cancellation! Only sent an email stating that the order was cancelled due to it being out of stock! What I want to know is, why the hell did they tell me it was on order and have me pay for it if it's out of stock and your going to just cancel my order a day later after I pay for it?! Couldn't even call me and tell me! The only reason I even found out that they canceled was because I specifically went into my email to check on the status of my order. This was handled in a completely incompetent and unprofessional manner imo. I was then stuck with a bare particle board subfloor for over a week, at which point I decided to go to home depot in Salisbury who had plenty of stock AND who would deliver it to me within just 2 days! And I'd like to add that this is not the first time I've experienced inadequate service at this Lowe's location. Just a few weeks prior to this, I was treated very rudely during a return I was bringing back. Even though I had my proof of purchase on my Instacart, the girl refused to give me a refund and said I would have to settle for store credit. Fortunately this was a small purchase so I didn't mind taking the store credit but the way it was handled was rude. Lowe's in Seaford DE you simply just need to DO BETTER!

Poor Products
I purchased a 40 volt Kobalt weed trimmer last year, the trimmer head needs to be replaced but it appears that they cannot be replaced and others do not work on this model, I find this very disturbing that parts for this model are not available. I was thinking about purchasing some additional Kobalt products but will not because of product quality and parts availibility. I have not had issues with getting replacement parts for any of my Ryobi products from Home Depot.

The store had multiple aisles with boxes and ladders to unpack and stock. Otherwise, the staff is courteous, and I got everything I went in for.

Main aisles are crowded with merchandise making it difficult to get through when customers meet while heading in opposite directions. Many areas untidy and the store was busy at the time.
