Why is it I called 5 times tried 5 depts before I was able to speak to someone who could give me the answer I needed. Unfortunately, to get that answer I needed to speak to another dept.who once again would not answer. The staff needs to be more concern about the customer when asked a question instead of brushing you off I get that a lot when I go in there. Most of the time they're standing in a huddle talking about other people and their night before business.
