My husband & I just purchased a Ford F150 off of Tom Disharoon. I highly recommend him to be your salesman. He was an awesome, all around good guy, very personable and easy to work with.

Work was reported complete. Service manager felt some work would be less expensive if performed elsewhere and advised vehicle be towed after initial work. While getting the vehicle fixed in a timely manner was a priority for me, I didn't want to force the dealer to do a repair they were reluctant to perform. I paid the 50% upfront deposit quickly to facilitate as little delay as possible although this was the first time I have ever done this for vehicle service. When a service agency has possession of a car with a value in excess of the repairs an additional deposit seems unnecessary. Perhaps this dealership's experiences warrant this process but it seemed unusual.
The process (of utilizing another repair facility) was awkward and poorly handled with delays and poor communication. I was advised however that driving the vehicle the 12 miles to the second repair shop would put the Hertrich repairs at risk of failure which essentially gave me limited options other than compliance. When I questioned the delays I was told that I had not been upfront or clear about my concerns over the return of the vehicle. The dealership had my car for over a week, did half the necessary work and blamed me for not letting them know I wanted the car repaired in a timely manner.
Most of my interactions were cordial and professional but when I pressed for more certainty regarding location, status, and timing the responses were argumentative and angry. Everyone is busy and all jobs are desired to be done well and in a timely manner. Simple facts that this dealership stumbled over at the finish. I have yet to see the vehicle or evaluate the repairs. I hope the final act of this drama is satisfactory. -- Just found out the dealership didn't actually tow the vehicle to the secondary repair site and the vehicle arrived with a check tire light, that was not an issue when the vehicle was left for service. Contacting the dealership GM now.

At first disappointed about the price for 2 keys which I think are called Fod pd 500.00 for keys and getting it programmed. If you buy keys from there they should charge 50 instead of 150.00. They order the keys and don't call when they come in. The service manager wanted to work me in but I said how long does it take to program 2 keys so they went ahead of others to get it done.

They came in clutch for my EV. I was looking for a place to charge and there does not seem to be many in Delaware surprisingly that are quicker chargers they have a nice one and they let me use it. This kindness would make me consider buying a EV Buick when they come out from them. (Hopefully in red) Thanks guys

This place did fixed my car before did a great job. This time I went to get estimate when I told them I was going to let them fix it they gave me my appointment. Now mind you my appointment for estimate was in December. My appointment they gave me to get my car fixed was in February. So I get A call asking I still coming for my appointment mind you never let the insurance know how much was going to be to get the car fixed. So I took the car to get repaired on February 5 still didn't say how much was going to be to get the car fixed. On February 7 they send me estimate of $10,500 so of course the insurance company total the car out.So all of this time I could of found someone else to fix it .I brought it back now have salvage title so lucky I am getting it fixed to take it back to get a repaired title but I wouldn't have had to do that if they told me before hand what they where going to charge me.No frame damage car fixed for $4,900 back on the road.

The Dealership is fine, but I will never buy another GM product. So disgusted to have a vehicle with 35,000 miles and have bad lifters. And GM won't fix it
