“The staff needs to be more concern about the customer when asked a question instead of brushing you off I get that a lot when I go in there. Most of the time they're standing in a huddle talking about other people and their night before business.”

“This is one of my favorite Harbor Freight stores. The manager is awesome. She has helped me out several times and has gone above and beyond to find a tool or item from other stores,which don't happen often, but she takes care of it. In Delaware this is a good run store and no tax.”
