Eagle wingz gourmet Chesapeake hot sauce is the only hot sauce I use for my eggs every single morning, highly recommend. Also love that they use J. O. Spice instead of the inferior old bay.

EagleWingz Brand Hot Sauce is an original flavor created in 1988 by Delmarva native Rick Ewing. The sauce came together as a little of this and a little of that in about 20 minutes or so and it hasn’t changed much since. Rick’s sauce quickly became a hit with family and friends who would later push him to bottle and sell his new recipe.
Over the next couple years, the sauce could be found in a handful of local restaurants, including Rick’s RC Ribs where EagleWingz Hot Wings became a customer favorite. 2010 was the year Rick finally decided to bottle and sell his sauce to the masses. Over 20,000 bottles later, Rick’s EagleWingz brand has become a favorite in many areas across Delmarva and has even won a few awards along the way.
