They answered the phone at 6:43 I asked a question about some hair I was told they could fix the problem to come by tomorrow at 9 I responded that online said a you close at 7 im 3 mins away she told me. No we are close and hung up then when I called back twice they wouldn’t answer . They very unprofessional and rude !!!

Bought two packages of clip in hair extensions and I confirmed with the sales person that they would curl and are real human hair.. after getting home and trying to curl them they would NOT curl and just shriveled up. I called about a refund and they just offered store credit. Why would I want store credit to buy other fake product when advertised real? Does not make sense to me… if I can save anyone the $ and time to NOT waste it there.
