Just got off the phone with Cathy, because I moved out the last of my stuff the last day of May and forgot to call on June 1st. She had already set my unit as being emptied, and sent me an email I didn’t see before I called showing that I was all set. From the time I set up renting a unit, literally until the last phone call I made; she has been wonderful, kind, and understanding from start to finish. Highly recommend to anyone in the area who needs to store anything.
