Was at Delaware location on Route 1 in Rehoboth Beach. I stood there with 5 kids for 15 mins waiting for help and lady walked pass and said I be with you in minute. She went over to counter and got on tablet no customer and was on that for like 8 mins until I said I am done and walk out and took my business to another jewelry store. I might take this 20k credit card and cancel it since they cannot value there customers. I could see if store was packed but they had three employees two on tablets NO CUSTOMERS and guy had a customer. This is ridiculous and poor business practice. What was so important on tablets couldn’t help customers on floor. Thanks again took business else where.

Jessica was amazing at helping me find the most perfect wedding ring to complement the classic style of my family heirloom engagement ring. She was super patient and allowed me to try on a bunch of different styles before finding the one that I loved most: the enhancer ring style. She was also super honest and I did not once feel like I was being upsaled or scammed. Also loved all the information she gave us on their lifetime diamond commitment program. Highly recommend this location for all your jewelry needs!

Sherry is wonderful! We had an appointment for a ring cleaning and she made the process so easy and convenient! The world would be a much better place if everybody was as kind and lovely as Sherry ?. Would definitely recommend visiting this location.

I am truly satisfied with my purchase and at the end of the sale she cleaned my other pieces of jewelry I had on. I appreciate the help she gave my partner and I last night. Josh was such a great help !! He was so knowledgeable about diamonds it’s ridiculous! I have never encountered an individual that worked in a jewelry store to actually teach me about diamonds and show me. We’re from DC but we will definitely come back to him just for a purchase !!! Thanks Josh !!!!
