Clean, neat, organized, and beautifully decorated store!This is not my first go around with experiencing the GAP's quality and customer service. This time, I decided to write a review to document my experience.On Friday, September 2, 2022, I called the store to ask them if they had the items I was looking for. The customer service began before I even arrived at the store. Both of the associates that I spoke to provided great customer service over the phone.I drove all the way from Dover, DE in HEAVY traffic (1.25 hours). It was definitely worth the drive. As soon as I entered the store, my mother and I were greeted by two store associates who were busy checking out customers. I acknowledged them back and let them know that I was the customer who called twice. They smiled and directed me toward the items that I called about. As a black male, it was an honor to be treated with such dignity and respect both over the phone and in the store's physical location.Not only did they have enough of what I was looking for, but they also had items that I did not even see on the website. I even found and purchased children's clothing for my great-nephew.While in the store, an associate with red hair pulled some sizes off of the rack for me. While in the back fitting room trying on items, an associate attending that area, reminded me to give my clothing item a squat. From front to back, from beginning to end, the team that worked Friday afternoon on September 2, 2022, provided complete 100% customer satisfaction. I did not expect to spend as much as I did, but with so much variety, so much selection, such great customer service, and such great prices I came out with a win (two big bags and two small bags full of clothing).Prior to this experience, about three months ago, once again, I called down to the store to ask about a nice sweat suit that I saw online. The store had it in my size! I asked them to hold it for me, I drove down, and it was waiting for me at the front counter. Turns out they had it in another colorI highly recommend shopping at this store at the Tanger Outlets in Rehoboth Beach or the store up in Chadds Ford, Pennsylvania. You will not be sorry!”
“This shop is great- friendly staff and a wide selection. My son's been asking for a board for his 12th birthday and the time finally came! The staff, including owner Andy, were helpful in choosing what we think will be a good beginner skateboard and the protective gear, too. My son is thrilled!”
“I was very fortunate to meet Donna at the Rehoboth store. She provided me with great customer service by listening to how much I walk and the type of surface I primarily walk on, etc.. She scanned my feet and recommended that I increase my shoe size for a much better fit. She also let me know that they recycle their packaging and even my old sneakers! My feet and knees are as happy as they can be with the sneakers she recommended. She also saved my info in their system so I may have other sneakers sent to me in the future with free shipping. “I had a fantastic experience at the J.Crew Factory Outlet! The store offers a huge selection of both men’s and women’s clothing, with something for every occasion. On the men’s side, they have a great mix of casual and dressy outfits, including jackets, shirts, pants, socks, belts, and plenty of accessories. They often have sales, ranging from 30% off and up, with some deals being even better. The staff is always friendly and ready to help if you need anything. The store is clean, well-organized, and makes it super easy to find exactly what you're looking for. Definitely a great place to shop!”
“Great store for cargo pants. I got at least 3 cargo pants and a belt for a total of $100. They have a massive selection of clothing, and about 10 to 15 changing rooms plus two bathrooms. The store is very neat and the employees are nice and helpful.”
“I always enjoy shopping at the Banana Republic Factory Outlet. They consistently have amazing specials—today everything was 50% off! The store has a great selection for both men and women, including everything from shorts, pants, and dress shirts to t-shirts, shoes, belts, and even underwear. “This store is beautifully stocked. The attendant was helpful in matching the products. There is little botton in the dressing room if you need another size/style. This is convenient because you don't need to get dressed and go back out to search for the correct size.”

“Lots of parking. There are plenty of shops in this outlet. This Old Navy has plenty of registers and usually multiple people ready to ring you up. In the summer, it gets very busy, but even then, I have never had to wait more than a couple of minutes to make my purchase. The staff was very nice.”

“Gorgeous linen, funky styles, and unique architectural items make this women's clothing boutique a fun shopping experience. The personalized service was so helpful. Many thanks to Mark and Debbie, who made it an upscale shopping experience. My figure is tall and curvy, and I love unique clothing (funky, edgy, architectural) -- so I don't have a lot of luck shopping in traditional stores. At Boutique W, I could easily have walked out with a dozen things I loved. So many great options and sizes (including 1X) -- I can't wait to go back the next time I visit Rehoboth.”

“Excellent experience! We drove 3 hours to go to the beach when I realized I left my entire bag of belongings at home. I literally had no personal items..including my bathing suit! Ron at Surf Shack saved the day!! Luckily they were located across from our motel so I ran right over. We were limited on daylight hours and he helped me quickly find a swimsuit to my liking...helped me look through sizes and also brought me alternatives to the dressing room to make sure I was comfortable. I was able to use the fitting room to change and was on my way to enjoy the beach. He was super nice, helpful, and friendly....without Ron and Surf Shack my trip would have been ruined. “this is one of Barbara and eyes most favorite store even though every other word out of her mouth was you sleaze you make me sick everything you put on looks good on you you skinny.. we also used to go to Cherie's boutique on the avenue in Rehoboth we spent hours there and we did not leave empty-handed she's got outfits of mine that are $200 and up and what I would do to get them back even though they might not fit me I just hate to see them go to Goodwill but that's okay somebody will look beautiful in them and if they need them God bless them maybe they never had anything so beautiful but I know there's one outfit she just loved it and said I wear this more than anything everybody talks about this outfit had nothing but glitter and all kinds of things all over it it was very interesting it had a blouse that went over the top it was blue and green and glittery and she wore that here the last time I saw her and said everybody just loves this so but anyhow I miss her so so much I got the shock of my life today I don't know what happened to the picture but I wasn't sure who sent it at first but I got a picture and it was her and oh I can see was these eyes and the message said something about she was somebody was here to see me I don't know it was I can't remember but it was so weird in a good way you know who you are that sent that to me thank you I don't know where the picture went I would like to have that it really shocked me for a minute I thought she was here. she taught me about what life was about and what friendship was about and we would get so mad at each other and we wouldn't speak for weeks and it literally killed me and I sit in my bed and cry and then my husband or somebody would say you need to call her she's very depressed she's crying and then if I was drinking she'd say Thelma what are you doing this is Louise anyhow she will always be Selma and Louise in my heart she was my Bible partner my ministry partner my everything partner my confidence a true friend she always met my needs before her own I love you so much Barbara thank you Lord for giving me the best gift a person could ever ask for I pray her children realize how blessed they are for having such a wonderful mother and Dixie dog I always worried about the dog I love to see her all my babies died except for my two little ones my bulldogs are gone”

“Great store. We walked in and were greeted immediately. I asked if they had any more of a specific item and the staff went to the back and found one for me. I mentioned someone in my party was looking for digital circus products and even though there were none left in store, the staff made several helpful suggestions. The girl that rang me up was polite and made suggestions for the reward program. I was very happy with my experience.”
