While we didn't wind up purchasing a policy here due to some changes on our side, I had an incredibly positive experience with Chuck, who bent over backwards for us to shop around for the best rate for us. He was willing to go above and beyond, and out of his way to provide us with the right homeowners and flood quotes for our new home. I can't thank Chuck enough for how professional and responsive he is, and I look forward to working with him again in the future. I can't recommend him highly enough! Thanks again Chuck!

Agency was recommended for home insurance. Made 4 calls and spoke to agent once. No response either via email. Was extremely frustrated. If they don't want to do business for an individual they shouldn't advertise that they do. Went elsewhere and was done in 2 days.

Three stars because my family has had home insurance here for over fifty years and for many years it was good service. So four or five for history, but one star for the present. This past year though they doubled my insurance with no explanation. I had to find out about my house insurance by checking myself, because like many residents I am in Rehoboth and another residence. I called and left messages, but they were never returned. It seems they have a common modern internet problem...no more personal service, it's all online. I am no longer insuring with/through them.

Every year it's the same thing - Williams Insurance does not send proof of flood insurance to my mortgage company. I have to make several requests to Williams Insurance and follow up many times to make sure this is completed. Not sure why this simple task is so difficult to complete, but it is very frustrating and time consuming for me to have to check up on them and make sure they are doing their work. For whatever reason, they will not send a copy of the insurance directly to me but insist on sending it directly to the POA, or the mortgage company. In addition, I rarely get to the person I need to talk to on my first attempt. Messages are not answered in a timely fashion, or not delivered at all. If I wasn't part of a condo complex, I would look for a different insurance agency to handle my policies.

Not much to say here. They were wonderful for our family for a very long time. They insured is for almost 20 years. I called them to update my policy. My mother passed away and all I wanted to do was switch the policy into my name. They decided that they were no longer going to insure us because my mother passed away even though it was the same property for the last 20 years. This might be normal in the insurance industry, but I was trying to be moral and ethic and let them know the situation. I very simply could have just sent a check in, paid for the insurance and nobody would have known any different. Because I was honest, I was rejected. I have a feeling this insurance company was better for a small town like Rehoboth Beach years ago I firmly believe it is part of a larger group, or a larger group of people that no longer care about the little person. Up until about a week ago I would have given them five stars, apparently I'm not worth their time so I no longer can give them five stars. Oh well. A different insurance and company has now insured my trailer / mobile home. And they weren't a problem at all they were fantastic to deal with. Carey's insurance group. I guess I could give them two stars because they gave me the referral, but it was honestly a last-minute thing, and I truly wholeheartedly believe they could have let me extend my insurance for one more year based on the extenuating circumstance. But no... it wasn't worth their time. I'm not saying they're bad insurers, I'm not saying they're bad people, I'm just saying the principle of the situation they could have helped me a lot better considering we've been paying them for a very long time.

The staff is always helpful and try hard to make things work. Only reason we didn't give them 5 Stars is because the agents never answer their phone. Operator always transfers you but they never answer. The constant phone tag is tiresome some days.

Excellent customer service, I used to be on hold for what felt like hours at a time but Williams is always readily available to help me with any questions I have
