“I absolutely love this eclectic gem. But we were quite surprised when their credit card service charges wert passed on to us to pay. I would suggest maybe increasing the prices a little bit instead of telling customers they have to pay your credit card fees.”

Today, I went in because one of the small diamonds fell out of a ring I had purchased. He was very nice, wrote it up, is sending it in to be fixed, and I should have it back in 2 weeks.We also made another purchase while we were there (again, with the lifetime warranty).”
