Walgreens in Lewes Delaware is awful and why we switched to Walmart. They continue to take 3or4days to fill a simple prescription if I order a in stock item through DoorDash at noon (not a prescription) I won’t get it till the next day. I’ve done a lot of business with them in 5 other state an never had this problem. I think corporate needs to clean house

On Friday I came to the store to return a item I purchased online. As I waited in the front where there was no employee around, finally an older man (wanted to say gentleman but he wasn't) finally showed up. I explained what happened, had the order on my phone and he said "we do not exchange or refund any orders made online" . I couldn't understand so I asked him again why is that and he said something with the system. Either way I did not appreciate his attitude towards me. It was rude and dismissive. I left because I do not have time to deal with rude management. I immediately called the 1800 number and complained. I just went on the website and confirmed what I was told on the phone "What is the Walgreens.com return policy?Eligible items purchased at Walgreens or on Walgreens.com may be returned or exchanged at any Walgreens store within 30 days of purchase date and must be accompanied by the original receipt or Order number. Your satisfaction is 100% guaranteed on all Walgreens brand products! If you are not completely satisfied, return the unused portion to a local Walgreens or Duane Reade store and we will refund the full price including shipping."Do your job if not find a job that does not deal with customers. Everyone has a bad day, but being disrespectful is never ok.

Horrible Pharmacy! I've been a Walgreens customer for more than a decade using probably 30 different Walgreens in that time. I have NEVER been treated so horrible as I have at this location. The pharmacy techs are so rude, and ignorant. They talk over top of you when you try to explain something to you. They THINK they know it all, yet make mistake after mistake. Most recently the pharmacy tech swore up \u0026 down I didn't have insurance and I would have to pay out of pocket. She refused to listen to me when I tried to explain how she could find my insurance in their system. After, getting the run around for 3 days to no avail, I called the Five Points Walgreens. They had my scripts ready in 15 minutes on my insurance with no problem. THIS PLACE IS REALLY HORRIBLE, IM SAVING YOU THE FRUSTRATION OF DEALING WITH THESE PEOPLE.

Rehoboth Walgreens posted sign says COVID Testing is from 9am-5pm. I arrived at 3:45pm, waited in line in my car for 1hour, I was 1 car back from the window, and they came out and said they were done testing for the day....Not that were sorry and out of test supplies... No, they were just "done for the day".... at 4:45pm.

I absolutely love Walgreens the employees are extremely helpful the only problem with this location is the pharmacy is extremely short staffed and there's a minimum of 30 plus cars in the pharmacy drive-through line every single day. It's beyond impossible to get your prescriptions filled. So frustrating!

Jan 29th I had visited the photo department needing duplicates of photos for an obituary photo. I can't remember the womans name but she was so kind and helpful during a very difficult time. Thank you for making a very difficult day a little easier.

on Easter Sunday at 10:20am while enjoying family. i got a call ftom a Walgreen rep trying to sell me a pharmacy service, i believe. Did not give him a chance to finish his spiel when i grossly chastised him. i and my wife. whom are Seniors, unfortunately require a lot of scripts. i will be arranging to set them up with CVS. if you are greedy enough to force your people to work on Easter. dont invade my space with your greed.
