Went to pickup my package that I clearly had redirected to the anex only to find out that they took it to the downtown location. This place sucks

Just had a wonderful experience with an employee, wish I had her name. Needed 2 stamps to mail an important letter. Turns out they don't have supplies for sale. An employee took 2 stamps out of her wallet and gave them to me. She didn't even want payment. I so appreciate you, and you made my day.
