storeowner left her 7 year old in charge of the store while she was gone. I ended up waiting 10 minutes for the store owner to get a refund on an item i just had bought, ended up waiting with her daughter, and getting yelled at by the lady—incredibly rude and uncompromising, called me “entitled” for asking for the refund.

Absolutely looooved this store and the very friendly owner/staff! We were welcomed from the second we started looking at the sidewalk items. She went above and beyondand found my size in the back, because I really wanted this dress! The candles we purchased smelled amazing! I'm definitely going back here on my next visit! Love - love - love this store and the atmosphere

I went into Top It Off today and loved the clothes and the prices were unbelievable. Jessica was working and she made my experience 100% she was so helpfu, friendly and accommodating. I fell in love with her. Will definitely go back when I am in town again!

I'm giving 3 stars because the clothes are very cute and inexpensive, but the store personnel MUST make an effort to be punctual. This am (it's the month of August!) There were 5 ladies waiting in front of the store at 11am. We all finally left at 11.15 am, when nobody showed up. I returned at 11.30 am, and the lady had finally arrived and opened!
