I went there to buy a pair of boots for my son and there was a sign at the door 10% off if you become member. Also my friend told me that she bought from clearance and became a member and got an extra 10% off. Anyway i went to the register and asked the associate for becoming a member. He didn’t even offer me for a membership. I worked as a manager at the retail stores and if there is a rule it applies to everyone and as a sales person you have to offer to the customers at the register if they want to become a member. To cut it short, he ignored me which was very frustrating and improper. Before that experience, i went there for price shopping and buying gifts, the associates were talking among themselves with high volume, and not even offering any help or welcoming. I have been a resident of this area for over a decade, i have never seen this kind of customer service by now. I feel sorry!?

Clean store with friendly staff and a great selection of shoes, however, almost every pair liked by my husband wasn’t available in his size (10.5). Probably won’t go back to that location any time soon.

I checked out Timberland at the factory outlet in Rehoboth Beach recently for some shoes. Decent selection and friendly service. Prices seemed high for a factory outlet, but I didn't find anything that I liked or would fit.

Carl and Devyn were amazing. If I had a question they answered it. My son needed another size and they were quick to run back and check. Such great guys and very professional!!

The store and the service were great. However, there are not many options for bigger sizes, I'm talking 2Xl and 3Xl!
