Took an extremely long time to open new accounts after a fraud incident. Then had to make two calls to ask to be reimbursed for shipping charge for new checks. Switching banks and glad to not have to ever go back.

Do not use this bank! They charge customers for having a savings account!! Seriously, your money in their corporate hands and they charge you for keeping YOUR money. Absolutely ridiculous. No wonder most of the staff is miserable.

Do NOT use for business! Customer service in-branch, and over the phone is now extremely poor. They used to have decent service, but the company is struggling and has made huge cost savings measures.

BEWARE!!! I received an email with a promo offer where if you met the conditions you would get a $200 "bonus". I completed the paperwork, made the required deposit, and kept the account open per the terms of the promotion. When the "bonus" did not appear in my account, I went to the branch once a week for 3 weeks to find out why. Today the branch got an email from their headquarters that said I did not qualify for the promotion. I also was told that the branch personnel are not told if you qualify or not, they just open the account! My accounts at TD Bank are now, and forever will be, CLOSED.

Do not recommend for construction loan. Loan officer did not know what he was doing. Upper management ignored all issues and never returned emails or calls. Finally contacted corporate and did get some help but nothing positive to say about those at the Rehoboth branch.

Been in the process for a construction loan since the beginning of Feb. Promised settlement by 4/1 then pushed to 4/12, 4/23 still apparently in underwriting for the 5th time. LO was quick at the beginning to respond but has fallen off. The organizational skills is horrible, loan processors are the worst never respond to emails or questions. Needed higher limits for builders insurance, emailed 3/17 at least 8 times about it and finally 3 days after 4/12 settlement they told us what it needed to be. Contractor used them previously same coverages and now because myself and realtor complained they are very unhelpful and taking their time. In dual application with County Bank now, bet they get me to settlement from start then TD can in the final UW stage.

Horrible customer service. All lobby’s are closed, waited in drive thru line for 25 min, get to the window at 4:00 and told unable to complete transaction because they close at 4.

Their customer service is THE WORST! Sat on hold for 45 mins. Rep has no clue what I was asking about, typed loudly in my ear asking her boss for answers and ultimately never got ANY help. I will not bank here any more. PATHETIC!!
