Don't order custom shoes unless you are ready to wait over 3 months with the excuse that the "owner" is working on professional player sneakers. Who cares. Don't take money and then keep push the waiting time back. Young kids working in store have no visibility as what is going on and are directed to tell. you to send an email or to call back later.

The staff was not very helpful in finding shoes for my aunt. One refused to measure her or assist us in any way because she didn't want to have any contact. We asked the other person to measure her and he did. After that it was better. Also the stock is very limited.

We bought a pair of shoes for my husband to wear for work. They caused him to get blisters. I called the store, their return policy is for the return of unworn shoes. After we discussed the situation, he was fitted for another pair of shoes (different type of shoe) and left with a great pair of comfortable shoes. The staff knows their product and how to take care of their customers. A very rare commodity these days! Thank you to Frank for your help!

Walked in Greeted by not asked what can I help you with. 1 minute later a Man walked in and Both Male Salespeople were asking more than once how can I help you. Pulled shoes sat him down and fitted him. I don't normally let this bother me but it was so Blatant. Very irritating so much so that I called my SAS STORE in St Augustine to see if they had the shoes. They did not. Come to found out this is a Franchise not a corporate store. Very disappointing

If you you're on your feet all day, or walk a lot, you need SAS Shoes. I must admit not all of the styles are terribly "stylish," but they are improving. They're always bringing out new styles, even sandals And the folks who work here are very friendly and provide good customer service.
