I was contemplating joining this gym for a while due to procrastination mostly. But a couple of months ago I finally decided to join. Initially it was because of the neat rock climbing wall ( I secretly want to be a climber ) but afterwards I enjoyed every aspect of my experience. The staff is super friendly, the machines are well maintained and up to date, and the bathrooms are clean (I'm a germaphobe). I've been super busy working lately which caused a slip in my attendance but I hope to return before the Spring.

Great gym! Everything you could want and then some, and most importantly really well spaced. Plenty of room to get a great workout in. Not crammed like other area gyms.

I was just a one-week visitor, but was impressed. Excellent equipment and nice space.

Great gym with friendly staff. I have been a member from Day 1 and generally early hours every day. Several changes to the place over the past year have been positive. The long time regular morning crew is awesome- particularly Jeff; and the team of Hal, Nate, Tyrese, and Baily are the best! I always appreciate the extra effort!

This is just a review on the climbing walls and bouldering. The routes for the auto belays make no sense. I am an avid climber and average 5.11s on lead and 5.12s on top rope. I could barely finish a 5.10 at Rise, seems like it was set by someone a foot taller than me and only for people that height. Setting needs to cater to people of all heights and the difficulty level should at least be close to other gyms with equal ratings. I know not all gyms are set the same, but it shouldn’t be this widely different. YouCould barely even see the ratings on some, as the tape used didn’t retain the marker: so you sort of had to guess. The bouldering routes seemed like they were set ages ago. Barely any V4-V6 routes in between either stupid easy or ridiculously impossible. Rise needs to get some better route setters with more climbing gym experience, more frequent setting, and better route labeling

Awesome Facility with excellent staff (morning crew for me). Jeff is the lead ambassador and makes a real impact ensuring your day starts off right. The team of Hal, Tyrese, Bailey and Nate will do anything to help at all times. It's a great environment and promotes open friendly community. Thanks Jeff /Team.

The gym is incredibly spacious, clean, and well-maintained. The staff members are friendly, knowledgeable, and always available to answer any questions I have. The variety of equipment and classes available caters to all fitness levels and preferences. Plus, the gym has a climbing wall. Overall, I highly recommend Rise for its welcoming atmosphere, excellent facilities, and diverse range of fitness options.

Great workout facility. It’s large, clean, and well-maintained. It has a good variety of group exercise classes and a good selection of certified personal trainers for all fitness levels. There’s plenty of equipment for weight training and aerobic exercise (except they could use a few more bikes for spin classes). The front desk staff make you feel welcome.

Easily one of the best fitness facilities I have ever been to. Clean, fantastic music, great route setting on the climbing walls, and every machine/weight you could ask for. Zero complaints. 10 out of 5 stars. I wish every gym was like RISE!

Rise is one of the best gyms I have been to. There is a huge variety of equipment, including free weights, machines, aerobic equipment, and even auto-belay and bouldering climbing areas. The staff are incredibly friendly and welcoming of everyone! Love this gym!

Large gym with plenty of options to work out on. Many options of free weights, machines, treadmills, towing machines and eliptical. 35’ plus rock climbing wall. Free choice of classes. Some very serious lifters, and some casual. People of all ages feel comfortable there. We are in our early 60’s

I’ve been a member of the gym for about 1-1/2 years, and have enjoyed my time there for the most part. Rise clearly has an abundance of talent — from the people manning the front desk to the personal trainers and the folks that teach classes. There have been a lot of changes since the gym was sold last fall. Most of the changes should be for the better — and hopefully will be in the very near future. Adding a yoga studio with an infrared heat system was a wonderful idea, but hot yoga classes have yet to materialize. The new software for member interface is an ongoing challenge. It is not unusual to receive an email mistakenly telling me that my training appointment time has either been cancelled entirely or moved to a different time slot. HELP! I miss participating in the aerial yoga program. I’ve had reservations about taking a class since the rigs were moved to the big classroom (no reflection on Stephanie whatsoever). The ceiling obviously bows in the middle and it isn’t unusual to see debris falling to the floor. I want to believe that management is actively taking steps to insure the ongoing safety of its members, as well as addressing the other issues mentioned. Rise can and should be the premier gym in the area, and I look forward to the day when it reclaims its status as such.

We are long-time members at RISE (previously QUEST) and we are mostly fans. Love the classes, staff, equipment. BUT…whose idea was it to put a Kickboxing class in the room next to Gentle Yoga on Wednesday mornings??? The yoga class floor literally shakes, not to mention the pounding sounds that sound like a thunder storm for the entire hour. The yoga class is excellent (thank you Stefanie) but the adjacent class is ruining the experience. Can anything be moved? The current situation is not working. I brought a friend with me last week. After class, she said, “that was great but I won’t be back until they move that other class.” Please think about a better solution.

I've been a member at what seems like 100 gyms since I was 16. RISE is one of the best -- if not THE best -- gym I've ever visited. Unfortunately, I don't live full time in Rehoboth, but I got the multiple pass package and go as often as possible when I'm in town. Great energy here. And I love that there is a fantastic mix of people -- from meatheads (not pejorative -- I was one of them, and pretty much still am), to fitness fanatics, to more "seasoned" fitness/lifting enthusiasts (that's me now), to those just embarking on their wellness journey. Even though I'm not a regular, I feel welcomed every time I visit. There's something for everyone here, even rock climbing! So, if you're looking for a great gym in Rehoboth -- get over to RISE.

Quit the local gym behind Walmart and couldn’t be happier with RISE! Staff is welcoming and represent / inspire / motivate a healthy lifestyle, weight & appearance. Equipment and overall gym is very clean, well maintained and well spaced to provide everyone with a great workout! My motivation is back and I no longer ‘dread’ going to Everyone fitness!!
