Tried to make a return. Informed that all sales are final as stated on the receipt. There is NO signage in the store stating this. You don't get a receipt until after the purchase.The sales clerk also has zero personality and is better suited for work where interaction with people is not important.

Stopped here for some gifts and everyone was super nice! Dawn was amazing when I left a sticker behind and came back. She was super sweet and if I come back into town I'll definitely stop here again!

I had one of the worst experiences buying an arrival of clothing at this store this winter. My elderly mother purchased a gift for my niece (sweatshirt) and misplaced it. She thought she had dropped it off at Goodwill with old clothing by mistake. She asked me to pick up a replacement sweatshirt to replace the missing one. I found the store closed 3 times at 2pm on weekdays before I got lucky and it was open. I purchased the sweatshirt replacement and told the woman at the counter that my mother had misplaced the purchased sweatshirt. I also confirmed the return policy on the website and was told I had 14 days to return (see attached). The receipt said “all sales final” and I asked one additional time and was told I could return it. That evening my mother called me and said she found the sweatshirt and I told her I would return the one I bought. Ran into the store being closed 2 more times before I was able to get in. When I returned and attempted to return it I was told “all sales were final due to Covid” and it was tough luck. Person behind counter there was no way anyone told me it would be ok to return it and said she believed me about the return policy online indicating returns were possible, but that was not the case.
I am now out $70 and my mother is on a fixed budget and I am out of work. I will never shop here again and have shared my story with several store owners in the area. They have told me this is common at this store and there are many nightmare stories about the owner and workers at Rehoboth Lifestyles. SHOP HERE WITH CAUTION! There are many other stores to shop at in the area that are far better!

RECOMNEND YOU SHOP AT BETTER CLOTHING STORES IN THE REHOBOTH AREA. AVOID THIS PLACE AT ALL COST!!! Two major issues with this establishment: 1. Price -roughly 20% marked up compared to the same merchandise sold at the other clothing retailers in the Rehoboth square: Sunshine Octopus, The Edge of Rehoboth Beach, Rehoboth Breeze, South Beach Fashion, Rehobeth Sunsations have far better quality and the same merchandise sold at these retailers is 20% cheaper than at Rehobeth Lifestyles. You can buy the same merchandise online for up to 40% cheaper. I recommend you check these other local retailers before spending money at Rehoboth Lifestyle. The one positive element of RL is that it is female owned and supports the LQBT community. My sister, who is gay used to buy something every time she came to the beach until she saw how her nephew and his best friend were treated in the store. This leads to..... #2. Terrible customer service: My son and his friend (both well mannered and respectful) were accused of shoplifting and told that cops would be called unless their bags were searched by the female cashier. They allowed her to search and of course nothing was being stolen. Even after proving they had not stolen they were both asked to leave and not return. My sister observed this and went and spoke to the woman and her response was that they don't trust young boys in the store. This immediately caused our entire family to boycott this retailer and have shared this story with other friends who vacation at Dewey and Rehobeth. Recommend you try the other retailers listed above. I have held off on posting this review (event occurred this summer) until today when I heard a friend of mine who lives in the Rehoboth area ran into trouble with RL trying to return something that was also purchased by his mother earlier as a Christmas present. The online return policy shows returns can occur up to 14 days after purchase. The cashier (think it was same who threw my son out this summer) told him that due to COVID, all sales were final. I can tell you the other stores do not have return policies so strict as RL! Good Customer Service is absolutely missing from this store!

Was impressed with the beautiful tops in the window so I stopped in. Unfortunately the attitude of the lady working inside quickly ruined my shopping experience . While she said "may I help you?" What she actually meant was "don't touch anything!" As she quickly began folding shirts right in front of me as I'm looking at them. Not one smile ,not one thank you or hello... I placed the shirts in my hand back and left. Found much friendlier helpful people nearby and shopped there instead

Manager clearly does not know how to deal with costumers. Clothing is dull and monotonous-nothing new or innovative. Quality looks amazon esc. Virtually every other store on the boardwalk offers something of more value and creativity. I don't encourage supporting people who clearly don't have the costumers best interest in mind, never mind insulting them to their face. Rehoboth Lifestyle is the prime example of what not to do when attempting to run a successful business. Go anywhere else...

Our final stop of the night. My wife got a long sleeved shift and a sweatshirt. She loves them both so that was great. And my daughter finally found what she wanted ... a small "stuffie" that was soft and cute. I'm sure we will end up with enough that we could pay a years worth of college with the money we spend on them! Alas, she's so happy and we are too. There was a bench just outside we could sit on and finish our fries from Thrasher's which was nice. My wife said the selection was great and had exactly what she wanted. And we looked in at least five other stores that did not. As did my daughter, maybe 10 stores for her. The inside was clean but the window display was dusty ... just needed a dusting to make it nice. All else was great!

I really like their selection of shirts. I've bought several. They use the Comfort Colors brand for their designs. They're perfect shirts to wear while gaming on Sundays.

Wide selection of male, female a children's casual clothing. Quality is better than average so the prices are higher but you do get what you pay for. Not your typical boardwalk T-shirt store. Staff is very helpful

Nice store carrying wide array of Rehoboth clothing. Great quality and nice selection of colors but pretty pricey. Associate was friendly and warm.

VERY RUDE MANAGER!!! Accused me of stealing and went out of her way to make very rude comments to my little cousin. She made my group of friends and I open our purses for her to search as we were not doing a single thing wrong. Great clothes but the manager is very rude.
