I’ve been a loyal customer of Mr. Wash Car Wash for quite some time, opting for the monthly package for convenience and speed. However, my recent experiences have been frustrating, to say the least, and I feel compelled to share my dissatisfaction.
The reason I chose the monthly package was to avoid the hassle of paying each time and to save time. Unfortunately, this convenience has been completely undermined by the poor service I’ve encountered lately.
On several occasions, I’ve arrived at the car wash around 6:15-6:30 PM, only to find that the air hoses were already put away, making it impossible to vacuum my vehicle. Most frustratingly, during my last visit, I arrived at 6:15 PM, but the automatic gate didn’t open. I had to wait for the attendant to assist, who was busy chatting with another customer for nearly 20 minutes, despite seeing me waiting. There were two other gates available, but instead of opening one of them, he made me wait.
When I finally got through and washed my car, the drying system failed to work. I brought this to the attendant’s attention, and he told me to go through the wash again, promising to ensure my car would be dried. However, after a second wash, the same issue occurred. His response was not only unhelpful but also dismissive—he claimed he “got busy” and didn’t notify the staff to dry my car. He then suggested that next time I should roll down my window and remind them to dry my vehicle. This is absurd, considering drying is part of the package I paid for!
Additionally, when I confronted another attendant about the air hoses being put away well before closing time, he rudely suggested that I should adjust my work schedule to come earlier or visit on Saturdays. His unprofessional attitude and lack of basic customer service skills were the final straw for me.
In conclusion, Mr. Wash Car Wash has completely failed to deliver the service I’ve paid for. The staff’s incompetence, lack of professionalism, and disregard for customer convenience are unacceptable. As soon as I get access to my computer, I will be canceling my subscription. This was my last visit to Mr. Wash Car Wash, and I highly advise others to think twice before subscribing to their service.

We just washed our car here 6:37 pm approx .
Came out of wash to vacuum inside of car approx 6:42 and they pulled all the hoses and would not hook one back up so we could get the sand out of the interior .
For what they charge ($25.) they should leave hoses/vacuums available for the Patrons until their 7:00 pm closing .
You just lost us .

Free self vacuuming. Good,mostly automated wash with options for wash pricing. Not budget, but decent value if you're a member and wash often. Conveniently located; friendly staff.

Went 15 minutes before they closed. Paid $25 to wash my car. Proceeded out to vacuum my car quick to than see they're no hoses to the vacuums. I than ask an employee and tell him I paid $25 for the car wash can I just vacuum my car quickly and he than tells me they close in 5 minutes and that the vacuums really aren't included in the wash and I can go across the street to the gas station. Had the attendant told me this as he took my card to pay for the wash that would have been lovely. Will NEVER go to this car wash ever again when I visit family.

They charge me $25 for their most basic regular car wash. Drive 4 miles up the road and you can get the same exact at waves car wash for just $10.
On top of that, they had some fat guy try to sell me some membership for $19.99 which would save me about six bucks. But the guy just came came off so greasy like a used car salesman that I insisted on not joining his membership. I’m glad I didn’t because now I’m reading the other reviews about how their membership thing is a scam. also, when I said no to the membership and then I just want to pay for a regular car wash the guy Became sarcastic, saying something like it didn’t matter to him because they were getting their money either way. Really? Is this the guy you want representing your business? I currently live in Florida, but I’m moving to Louie, to be closer to family and it’s kind of funny because you lost a customer before you even had me as a steady customer. I will be sure to tell all my friends and family who live in the area about today’s interaction

$25 for a single wash that's 3 minutes, ridiculously fast and didn't even get the wheels or running boards cleaned. The sales guy was pushy too. Not returning and we own a business in Rehoboth.

Except vending machine many things ok. But I dont suggest to usr vending machine. why? First only accept card it hold your 3 dolar transaction even you spend 1 dolar so they hold money and running around interest rate not nice İ was going to buy 3 different things cost each 3 dolar but charge me 9 dolar (6 will be back) at the end of the day. Ok I buy leather cleaner for my seats plese have a look my picture how unquality products for such a nice place, there is also no car mat cleaner, other than that vacum is nice and staff are nice to I hope they consider google map reviews

They do a good job, but they rush cars through. I usually have bug splatter on the front of my car after going through the car wash. It would be nice if they would focus on thing like this for the customer.

Great for a quick wash. I miss that the staff no longer cleans inside, but still a welcome old friend for my truck. They offer free vacuums so you can clean inside.

This place sucks. They have their workers fighting for commissions for their car wash. Trying to get people to buy “deals.” What people don’t know is after their deal they pay a membership. A man named ROB, offered us a membership saying a $5 deal was going on where you give 5 dollars and can get a card that you show to get a free car wash for 30 days. He didn’t mention any cancellation, or any website. I only found out about the website after confronting someone about it. The fact that I’m reading these reviews and have seen people with a similar issue is concerning. These people and I should be able to get our money refunded. Especially when the workers are clearly just trying to get commission/ money out of us by practically scamming. 50 dollars a month is ridiculous for a car wash and especially for this place…

The back of the car never gets cleaned well. The prices have gone up too much, so i canceled. The only thing they have going for them is those incredible vacuums. Oh, and lost a mirror cover and apparently they couldn't find it. They did say it happens often.

Just bought a vehicle and I bring it into their car wash and as I’m going through it, I hear something hit my windshield when it was scrubbing my vehicle and right away I noticed there was numerous damage done to my windshield. I filed a report and they denied my claim explaining it was not them. It was a stone, but I just previously cleaned my windows detailed them before I brought it into the car wash and that was not there. Me and my friend seen and heard this happen and they are not taking responsibility. I have asked numerous times for someone to call me, but they just keep emailing me and not calling me. I highly don’t suggest this place especially if you have a rental because these guys do dirty business here.
