This has to be one of the better Petco's I have been to, they seem to have a lot more in stock and the staff is very friendly and helpful

My 2 senior dogs had a great grooming experience with Isabel today. Already booked their next appointment. We just moved here& took a chance. So glad I did; she is fantastic!

So I typical go to this store when I'm working in the area so I go buy crickets today boom they live an thriving now the whole ride home we are in an air conditioned vehicle and I know not to keep them in direct heat ....boom get home there dead all of them now earlier a young man told me that they had received bad crickets and the amount the had was already scarce so I rolled the dice n purchased anyway now I go call the store to notify that hey your crickets died etc now all a sudden there is larges in stock which I asked for and the young man said none in the store n the associate that I spoke to was kinda rude n cursing n had the nerve to tell me what a manager was gonna say ...well good buddy if your not the manager you have no clue what would been said I'm not looking for my 3 bucks back at all it was a notification call on your product....so as of now I'll never go back to that Petco hell I may not even go to the one near me either bc I feel lied to on all aspects....the gentleman talked to me as I'd I didn't know how to handle crickets n as if I was just to deal with it n it's not Petco problem Petco in dover would have never treated me like this and I mean never

I was visiting Lewes De. for the day and stopped by at your store. and met a very helpful cashier, that was also extremely personable.
I love accents and he was straight from Staten Island, N.Y.

Brought my Yorkie to Petco to be groomed there for the first time. She has been to other groomers but not Petco. Edmond was her groomer and he did a great job. I would say he really aims to please. He must have been very nice and gentle because my little Yorkie gave him lots of kisses. Very pleased. Already made my next appointment.

Uneducated and useless children work here. Online order messed up multiple times. No answers, just children who don't know anything about their store, policies, or products. Very rarely have what you need in stock. Refill cat litter supposed to be clumping, but it's not. They dump whatever damaged boxes they have into it and charge you for what you thought you were getting. Avoid this store at all costs.

Every time I go into Petco, I’m greeted and everyone is willing to help me. They are very knowledgeable, but most of all, friendly.
PetSmart is the opposite. I’ve tried them several times and I’m ignored or I feel like I’m putting them out. I will ALWAYS shop at Petco. Thank you for EXCELLENT customer service, EVERY TIME!

We tried to schedule online for a la carte nail clipping online and was informed that we could not schedule and walkin nail clipping was the only way to have services performed. We waited in the grooming lobby for 20 minutes before calling the store line to be serviced. We were scolded for calling the store as "we knew you were here" but we didnt know that you "knew we were here" we were then berated about how ridiculous it was to expect us to have walkin nail clippings. We were told how they had 5 dogs scheduled, and would never have the time yo clip our dogs nails. We were told they "haven't offered walk in services for months." Total joke and disrespectful staff. We come for grooming pretty regularly and weren't new clients. It's a shame that regulars would be treated this disrespectful, this was our first time in since recently losing one of our dogs and it really broke our hearts to have this interaction with people who we thought cared about our animals.
