“I visited this store tonight after my phone stopped working. It was my lucky night to have picked this Verizon store with Lindsay working the evening shift. Unfortunately for Lindsay, long story short, I had to buy a new phone and it took 3 1/2 hours to transfer data from my old phone to the new phone. While Lindsay patiently set up the new phone and initiated the data transfer, she moved happily and efficiently between myself and 4 other customers who walked into the store after 7 PM. She was cheerful, extremely knowledgeable, friendly and very, very patient. She had the same kind and even demeanor with every single customer I saw her interact with tonight and that is no easy feat. When your phone dies, you panic and when you panic you need someone with a calm voice and a clear head and a thorough understanding of how smart phones work. Lindsay showed it all tonight. She "saved" my life (phone data) tonight and I watched her do the same for the other customers who walked in near tears and left with sighs of relief. Lindsay, thank you, and Verizon, you've got a talented salesperson and ambassador for your product.”
