“I had a fantastic experience at the J.Crew Factory Outlet! The store offers a huge selection of both men’s and women’s clothing, with something for every occasion. On the men’s side, they have a great mix of casual and dressy outfits, including jackets, shirts, pants, socks, belts, and plenty of accessories. They often have sales, ranging from 30% off and up, with some deals being even better. The staff is always friendly and ready to help if you need anything. The store is clean, well-organized, and makes it super easy to find exactly what you're looking for. Definitely a great place to shop!”

Clean, neat, organized, and beautifully decorated store!This is not my first go around with experiencing the GAP's quality and customer service. This time, I decided to write a review to document my experience.On Friday, September 2, 2022, I called the store to ask them if they had the items I was looking for. The customer service began before I even arrived at the store. Both of the associates that I spoke to provided great customer service over the phone.I drove all the way from Dover, DE in HEAVY traffic (1.25 hours). It was definitely worth the drive. As soon as I entered the store, my mother and I were greeted by two store associates who were busy checking out customers. I acknowledged them back and let them know that I was the customer who called twice. They smiled and directed me toward the items that I called about. As a black male, it was an honor to be treated with such dignity and respect both over the phone and in the store's physical location.Not only did they have enough of what I was looking for, but they also had items that I did not even see on the website. I even found and purchased children's clothing for my great-nephew.While in the store, an associate with red hair pulled some sizes off of the rack for me. While in the back fitting room trying on items, an associate attending that area, reminded me to give my clothing item a squat. From front to back, from beginning to end, the team that worked Friday afternoon on September 2, 2022, provided complete 100% customer satisfaction. I did not expect to spend as much as I did, but with so much variety, so much selection, such great customer service, and such great prices I came out with a win (two big bags and two small bags full of clothing).Prior to this experience, about three months ago, once again, I called down to the store to ask about a nice sweat suit that I saw online. The store had it in my size! I asked them to hold it for me, I drove down, and it was waiting for me at the front counter. Turns out they had it in another colorI highly recommend shopping at this store at the Tanger Outlets in Rehoboth Beach or the store up in Chadds Ford, Pennsylvania. You will not be sorry!”

“Went to Quiet storm for longboard stuff but they stopped carrying it, they suggested Sierra Moon across the street. Storewide selection looked great but they had the two things I was worried about most - skateboard bearings and stickers. The guy that helped me was very nice and helped with bearing recommendations since I hadn't bought any in a decade and a half. Got a couple packs of reds and a sticker for my truck. We will make sure we stop in for a sticker and a shirt next time we hit the avenue”
“Great store for cargo pants. I got at least 3 cargo pants and a belt for a total of $100. They have a massive selection of clothing, and about 10 to 15 changing rooms plus two bathrooms. The store is very neat and the employees are nice and helpful.”

“I love the Nautica outlet! The store is always very clean and the employees are welcoming and friendly as well! They have great sales on the clothing and always have t-shirts for $12.99. Today, they had shoes that were half price and came out to be $35! I love this outlet and will continue coming back!”
“Excellent experience! We drove 3 hours to go to the beach when I realized I left my entire bag of belongings at home. I literally had no personal items..including my bathing suit! Ron at Surf Shack saved the day!! Luckily they were located across from our motel so I ran right over. We were limited on daylight hours and he helped me quickly find a swimsuit to my liking...helped me look through sizes and also brought me alternatives to the dressing room to make sure I was comfortable. I was able to use the fitting room to change and was on my way to enjoy the beach. He was super nice, helpful, and friendly....without Ron and Surf Shack my trip would have been ruined. Thanks again Ron... you're awesome!!!”
“Lots of parking. There are plenty of shops in this outlet. This Old Navy has plenty of registers and usually multiple people ready to ring you up. In the summer, it gets very busy, but even then, I have never had to wait more than a couple of minutes to make my purchase. The staff was very nice.”

I also appreciate the store’s layout—the right side is dedicated to men’s clothing and the left to women’s, which makes finding what you’re looking for quick and simple.
