They were very nice but not near the price Mary quoted me. Charged me an extra $200 in mileage which was not disclosed during the quote.

I was Ms Mary’s team lead years ago. Never seen a harder working Woman. She cuts no corners and expects nothing less than the best from her guys. As close to perfection as it gets for movers. You’re in good hands with Ms Mary!

We hired Mary's Touch Moving to pack up two large PODS that we needed to move from Ocean View, DE to Concord, NC. We weren't there to oversee the packing and weren't totally sure what to expect. The crew finished packing up the PODS more thank two hours sooner than we anticipated (literally saving us hundreds of dollars). Our things were in storage for over a month and the PODS were just delivered and unloaded. I need to give credit where it's due. The PODS were packed SO well! Everything was wrapped and padded perfectly and nothing broke (even the fragile things that were barely unbroken when they were loaded). I am honestly so impressed. We have moved numerous times and this was our best experience with a moving company.

Mary’s Touch Moving and Packing moved us today. They were awesome. We had four men who took great care with our things and our brand new home. They were personal, communicative, professional and very patient. Everything was assembled that needed to be. We could not have had a better experience. Highly recommend this company. The crew of Chief Moving (Mary's Touch affiliate) was very responsive, professional and polite. They nicely wrapped all the furniture. They completed set up of all the furniture (kitchen, dining rm., bedrooms). They were very reasonably-priced compared to other moving companies in the area. We liked them so much (8/2022), my mother in law also hired them (11/2022).

I had a great experience working with Mary's Touch moving my mom from DE to NJ. The team was on time, respectful and careful with our things and extremely helpful and courteous. Their pricing was fair and the move was as seamless as it could be. I would definitely recommend them and would use them again no question.

Mary and her moving crew did a great job. Everything was in perfect condition. The got to our new location early. Very helpful in placing furniture. Friendly hard working crew. We paid exactly the estimate. No fuss, no muss.

My partner, Rob, and I recently moved from Rehoboth Beach to Millsboro, DE. Mary's business came highly recommended by quite a few employees working at local storage facilities. They were so right. Mary is one of the sweetest lady's you will ever meet. Her crew of 4 gentleman did an excellent job. They were friendly, courteous, and professional. Nothing was broken. We would highly recommend Mary and her crew to move you any time, any where. You will be very pleased. Kudos for a job well done!

I had several things missing after this company moved our household into a storage unit, including some valuable coins that were actually hidden in a taped- up box. Also, her estimate on the move turned out to be almost two thousand over the estimate. You decide.

Mary's Touch exceeded my expectations and was by far the best moving company I have ever worked with. Mary addressed all my concerns and her professional staff executed my move flawlessly. Great care was given to my belongings which were wrapped extremely well and nothing was broken or damaged. The below comments regarding how she treats her staff are totally bogus. The crew supervised by Al, had nothing but wonderful things to say about working for her for many years and mutual respect was expressed by all. Mary's Touch Moving is professional, communicates well, respectful of your belongings and your home and quotes a very reasonable rate that I would not hesitate to recommend.
