My family and I where getting hats that was $12.99. We get charged $13.44. Here is the problem there sign is covered up that tells you you get charged ?% when you use card. Worse then that all she asked is if you are paying with cash or card. Your failer is you need to let people know they get % added on when using a card. Also for anyone else who needs know it is 2 day return and exchange 30 day.I hate this store and I will never shop there again.And to Carman and who every else works ring people this is how it is done.Hello did you find everything you where looking for. Then you say are you paying with cash or card. If they say card you need to inform them that there is 3.25% for using your card. JUST BECAUSE EVERYONE DO NOT READ SIGNS AND YOUR SIGN SAYS THERE A % WHEN YOU ARE USING YOUR CARD BUT NOT THE %.You need to learn your job better or your going to make a lot of people mad.

Went in to exchange a NWT Simply Southern hoodie I got at the DE State Fair for my daughter’s birthday. (It was too small when she opened it on her Oct. birthday, due to the weird hood) Of course, the fair wasn’t around, and this was the nearest Simply Southern retailer. I asked the cashier if we could exchange for a larger size of the exact same hoodie they had in store… and he flat out refused, and wouldn’t even look to see that the hoodie we were trying to exchange was brand new, with tags, and nothing wrong with it. Very rude and unhelpful, and we were nothing but polite.

Awesome place to shop. I really wish they still had their store on rehoboth ave n not in tanger. The merch was cheaper n they had the hammock furniture we liked. They also no longer have their website to make online purchases.

This place has a terrible return/exchange policy. If you don’t do one within 7 days of purchase, you’re completely out of luck. My father bought his grand daughter a shirt as a gift that was the wrong size and they refused to allow an exchange 10 days later. Don’t shop here - plenty of other options on Rehoboth Avenue without the ridiculous policy.
