Horrible Customer Service Stay Away! Bought shoes that were defective and injured my foot during a 15min walk. The customer service assistant said that shoes ones used are not returnable, even if they have a factory default that injured my foot. I am shocked… Just as evidence a picture of the shoes after wearing them for 15min in the box, considered not returnable. Again, for your own safety, stay away!

I feel like I hit a jackpot both with prices and customer service. Not only the deals were just incredible and my son came out of the store literally wearing his brand new linen shirt and wonderful canvas shoes, I have to write a separate narrative about the general manager of the store by the name Andy. She really took his time in a very busy weekend to make us feel very welcome. It was a weekend of 4th of July sale with a lot of customer streaming in and asking all sorts of questions. Although it was very busy, Andy really took his time to explain to my 13-year-old son how to take good care of the linen shirts that he just acquired, detailing the instructions for washing and drying. He also advised him on different style combinations. Since he overheard that it was my son's birthday he was able to offer him a special birthday discount. All and all we came out of there shining with great joy. These retail experiences could never be replaced by Amazon because there is so much human presence in building a family memory as opposed to online transaction. We're entirely grateful to Andy for his time and his attitude.

This is my favorite store in all of the Rehoboth outlets. It helps that I LOVE Lacoste clothing. Many outlet stores sell cheaper versions of the product you'd find in a main store. Not here: all the merchandise comes from Lacoste stores in DC, Tysons, King of Prussia, etc. It's the same exact merchandise you'd find at a regular Lacoste store, but with deep discounts! Lacoste polos retail for around $90, with some costing as high as $120. I've gotten them for under $40 apiece here; again, the same exact merchandise you'd find at a regular Lacoste store. They carry every size here too, unlike some outlet stores. The staff has always been friendly and willing to help out. This place is also right around the corner from one of my other outlet favorites, J. Crew, so I can do some serious damage to my credit card when I wander over to this section of the outlets.

The signs say take "additional" 20% off and the guy says it's already inuded in the price per the microscopic print. Well that means per the definition of the word additional it ain't that but the clerk is a j*** so whatever it's just wrong.
