Walked in with my boyfriend with every intention to buy a pair of Birkenstocks. Store was completely empty- told them the shoe he was looking for and got crickets. Completely ignored us and continued talking to each other. Felt extremely rude and uncomfortable so we left.

Owner not very pleasant gives this place one less star... The Birkenstock name appears on top of their storefront, however even though this store is adjacent to the Tanger Outlets and you might be lead to believe ( "comfort shoes" their real name) are part of the outlets, but they are not and no discount here!They did have a nice selection of birkenstocks and other brands though.

Lady with long salt/pepper hair was so nice and helpful, love my new Birkenstocks and had a fun time in the process!! Sorta seems like I met her before???

We waited for 10 solid minutes to be acknowledged by a worker. There were two working, we assumed the other was busy since they didn’t acknowledge us. When we were finally given some attention, they were extremely rude. I’m not going to spend my money here. It’s really unfortunate when a place assumes you don’t have money to spend, when you do. Don’t bother going here.

I bought a pair of Birks and my wife bought a pair a few months later. They have a great selection of comfortable shoes in a wide array. The staff was super helpful, theres plenty of parking, I almost bought another pair cuz I like the store.
