The Rehoboth Beach Giant outpost is way better than the average Giant. Store is very clean. Good produce. Loved the variety of Italian grocery items. Staff at Deli section super friendly and helpful.

Typical Giant Food grocery store, mediocre, nothing special. Lack of good customer service at this Giant location. I asked one the deli clerks about which food item was on sale, the moron didn't even know and suggested I ask some else. How can one work in a store and not know which items are on sale or not??? Two of the cashiers upfront had no customer service training what so ever. No greeting or hello or anything. So rude. Where does Giant find this trash and put in a customer service position??? Tip to Corporate: Management should be fired and replaced for allowing this to happen. Blatant poor management.

A lot of empty shelves, long lines, only 2 registers open, self-check was about 20+ people in line waiting. Nasty restroom. And the worst of all ... bread on the shelf so moldy it was black and green.

I do not usually write reviews but after my experience at this store I just have to. Me and my fiance came in to grab some quick dinner from the wing bar and we were not only profiled and followed our entire 10 minutes in this store but laughed at and belittled by the security guard. We went to self checkout and were followed, we ended up going to a register (which happened to be pretty far down the check out lanes) and were still followed. As we were checking out he stood at the end of the lane as if we were going to steal wings and a soda. This was so frustrating even other employees voiced frustration over this grown man only following BLACK MEN AND WOMEN in the store/bathroom. We were not the only customers at the wing bar but we were the only people of color there and we were the ones followed. The security guard had slick remarks when called out about his actions. The manager almost seemed nonchalant about the entire situation, he knew exactly which security guard i was referring to BECAUSE THIS HAPPENS OFTEN. Completely unprofessional. This is straight up harassment. Making your customers uncomfortable to even shop in your store is not good for business. I’ll go to Acme from now on because i’m sure nothing will be done about this which is sad.

A large, clean supermarket with a great selection of products. Strong seafood, fresh produce, and butcher departments. Has a novel handheld scanner that lets you scan the barcode of each item you put in the cart. To checkout, the scanner is downloaded, pay and you’re done in a fraction of the time.
Ample parking. Very helpful & pleasant personnel.

I just moved to Rehoboth Beach. The store itself is well stocked, pleasant and clean. I'm not very impressed with the staff so far. Not only was my checker rude to me but she was rude to the customer behind me. Doesn't speak very well for the store's customer service.
