I bought an amethyst necklace, and the price was rather hefty but i told my self the quality was likely better than other places. Nope, thestone itself broke twice in 2 days- and in two different places each time as well. I fixed it the first time but as of now it seems unfixable this time. It’s a shame the cashier when i bought it seemed really nice and said everything was handmade, however given the price and what i’ve seen of the quality there are likely better places

Crystal Underground is an airy, sparkling shop filled with beautiful, well-priced home decorations and jewelry, much of which is created in house. Visiting there a few days ago, I greatly enjoyed wandering around in this peaceful space until I found the exact thing I needed (but hadn't realized that until I came across the item on display)!

Do not shop here for the gemstones. They are hideously overpriced and clearly a tourist trap situation. The rings however were handmade and reasonably priced with decent stones.

This is such a cute shop and the owner is super nice and knowledgeable. Some prices are high but you get what you pay for so save up and get what you want.

DO NOT BUY CRYSTALS HERE! The prices are at least 4x the amount of the crystal shop less than a block away in the next alley! I bought a rope cage here for $20 and Stoneworks has it for $5! What a rip off. All their stones are way higher in price then any other crystal shop I have been to. I will never shop here again!

I absolutely love this store. The minute you walk in you can feel the wonderful energy. the owner was friendly and warm. Although the prices may be a bit high, you can tell that the stones are of the best quality and they take great care with their merchandise. Most of their jewelry is handmade, which takes much time and effort. I look forward to returning to this store and recommending it to my friends.

Utterly Sublime and Magnificent Energy! I adore the women who make this shop run and it imbues every item they sell with even more necessary energy- don't hesitate, Crystal Underground is an institution and a must-visit. I'm so grateful every single time I drop in.

I visit Crystal Underground each time I go on vacation to the Delaware beaches <3. The shop owner is so gentle and kind hearted alongside her workers. Those that selfishly complain about the price do not consider what it’s like to be a small business owner in this time where prices are higher in general. Would you rather purchase from a genuine person with genuine products or from someone unauthentic, it’s your money.The photo is the most adorable diary candle I purchased for my mama! I also purchased a book from their admirable little library. I miss this place already. xo

Shop owner was nice but this was the most expensive crystal shop I've ever been to. Things that I can get of the same quality are $50 here but I can get them for $6 somewhere else. I get they're on the boardwalk and it's good for tourists but wow!

If I could give ZERO stars I would for my “shopping experience” with Crystal Underground. BUYER BEEARE! I purchased a gift card for my niece who goes to school in the area. I wanted to support a local small business. There was no option to give a message for the gift card so I emailed after the order was confirmed. Their website says 1-6 business days to ship and considering that this was a gift card I figured it would be sooner rather than later. Seven (7) days later I still had not received confirmation of shipping so I emailed inquiring about the order. NO RESPONSE. I emailed again two days later. NO RESPONSE. At this point I’m pretty annoyed and then I call them the next day (10 days after I placed the order) and no one answered the phone (I called at 10:30 / they opened at 10am according to their website). I left a message saying that I would like a call back and I wanted my order cancelled or I would go through my credit card company.To their credit they did refund my credit card which I found out via e-mail. There was never an apology or any follow up. I’mThankful I didn’t have to go through my credit card company but BUYER BEWARE!! Very disappointed and will never do business with this unprofessional “store”.

This place is a complete rip-off. The most expensive Crystal shop I’ve ever been too. Normally I get my crystals in Brooklyn, Vegas or SoCal. This place is up charging like crazy. $20 for a amethyst stone? Wow.

Bought 2 beautiful copper bracelets there today. The staff was wonderful and extremely helpful. The store had a great, eclectic selection. This is the store we spent the most time in while in Rehoboth!
