I just want to say, Tiffany here is the BEST! She was patient with us even when my Mom was choosing what to get and contemplating back and forth on what she really wanted, PLUS! She went an extra mile to look for the pair of slides that I wanted to get for my husband—which at the end, I ended up not getting, but still, she was very kind and accommodating to us and helped us all the way. She is such a wonderful person and very professional! She is willing to go above and beyond for her customers. ✨✨✨✨✨

Small but has a lot of variety! The staff were all super friendly and helpful. There is a large selection of croc charms and different colors of crocs. The kids section was also quite large with a wide variety of sizes and styles. Shopping was easy because the store was so well organized.

Loved the store! I usually shop online but I was shocked at their different selection of crocs. Down to special designs and characters! A bit pricey but I still was happy with my purchase!

Great customer experience. Mr. Will, the associate manager was a great help, in taking care of my Dad and my brother with their new Crocs. He also helped me locate a pair of navy blue Crocs from the Ocean City location.

The staff was amazing when we were there it wasn’t a busy day but they were helpful and helped us maximize the discounts we could get.

Spent about $125 on croc gems for my kids shoes. Don't buy these from croc store!!! Amazing logos but 2 days later and almost all gems are gone from kids shoes. The back of the gem to lock them in isn't large enough and company has to have fielded these complaints. Poor design and sad for kids!

Not an outlet, a retail location. Kid’s crocs and 4 of those charms are $75. When asked where the outlet was, was pointed in a direction of a close out rack. Caveat emptor.

I was helped by a lovely young lady because the sizes I was looking for were not standard on the floor. She went and got me exactly what I needed. I'll definitely go back!!

Went in the store, selected an item, and went to pay cash for it. I was told that they were sorry but unless I had exact change they could not help me. I then left the store.

Place was clean and organized but nobody helped at all or even greeted you. This was during non busy season too a few months back.
