“My family and I visited this lovely store on our outing to Tangier Outlets and this store was one of our last stops after a long day of shopping. Quinn and Branden helped me and my son’s father find the perfect coats for a cold and windy spontaneous trip! While one was helping us parents find the best deals the other was keeping our youngest son occupied playing a great game of ‘Jenga’ and fort buildings. Not only did they help us stay in budget we were able to keep our tired busy body son happy while sharing #SkateBoardLife stories. Clean, neat, organized, and beautifully decorated store!This is not my first go around with experiencing the GAP's quality and customer service. This time, I decided to write a review to document my experience.On Friday, September 2, 2022, I called the store to ask them if they had the items I was looking for. The customer service began before I even arrived at the store. Both of the associates that I spoke to provided great customer service over the phone.I drove all the way from Dover, DE in HEAVY traffic (1.25 hours). It was definitely worth the drive. As soon as I entered the store, my mother and I were greeted by two store associates who were busy checking out customers. I acknowledged them back and let them know that I was the customer who called twice. They smiled and directed me toward the items that I called about. As a black male, it was an honor to be treated with such dignity and respect both over the phone and in the store's physical location.Not only did they have enough of what I was looking for, but they also had items that I did not even see on the website. I even found and purchased children's clothing for my great-nephew.While in the store, an associate with red hair pulled some sizes off of the rack for me. While in the back fitting room trying on items, an associate attending that area, reminded me to give my clothing item a squat. From front to back, from beginning to end, the team that worked Friday afternoon on September 2, 2022, provided complete 100% customer satisfaction. I did not expect to spend as much as I did, but with so much variety, so much selection, such great customer service, and such great prices I came out with a win (two big bags and two small bags full of clothing).Prior to this experience, about three months ago, once again, I called down to the store to ask about a nice sweat suit that I saw online. The store had it in my size! I asked them to hold it for me, I drove down, and it was waiting for me at the front counter. Turns out they had it in another colorI highly recommend shopping at this store at the Tanger Outlets in Rehoboth Beach or the store up in Chadds Ford, Pennsylvania. You will not be sorry!”

“Great customer service. Specifically CJ, he was wonderfully helpful. Despite being incredibly busy the day before Christmas Eve and a run on the store with an enormous sale, he went hunting in the back to find things for me. He took time helping me in the store. He was patient and friendly despite the craziness. So was every other store staff we encountered (apologies that we do not know everyone’s name!) and our wonderful person at checkout - he was wearing a Mickey Mouse x Vans sweater and very patient and friendly. Let’s of course mention the great product, organized store, well staffed.”
