We just wanted to buy CD's. We made that clear. Ms Brown tried her best to sell us investments. She made a point of telling us that she returns calls in 24 hours. We were with them about 1 year. We tried to reach her twice and both times we had to chase her. Don't highlight a service that you actually don't supply!During our neverending appointment, we learned about her divorce, father, children and her own personal finances.Do yourself a favor and use someone that doesn't waste your time.

I have work with Stephanie Brown on my portfolio she has given me some great advise on some investments. I have moved my money from a large investment firm to Schwab. The other firm was a wealth management charging 1% plus other fees and would not let me have much say in with stocks I wanted to add to my portfolio.They would just tell me that they were handling my money. The returns i got with there management were not all that good for charging 1%. I am happy with the returns so far with Charles Schwab and with Stephanie Brown help.

Let me preface this review with the fact that used to sell financial services in the past, and I value timeliness greatly. Now that being said I had an appointment with Stephanie Brown from this office today at 1:00. It was the first time we were to meet. I scheduled it for this time so the appointment starting late would not be an issue being the first appointment after lunch. I arrived at 12:58 and was told that Stephanie would be with me in a moment she was finishing up notes from a previous meeting. So I sat down, after 10 minutes I decided if I hadn't seen her by 1:12 I was leaving. At 1:12 I told the person on the front desk to thank her for her time and left. 3 minutes later she called to tell me she was finished with her meeting and could meet with me if I was still available to which I replied I wasn't but thanked her for her time.

Stephanie was fantastic. She did a great job of explaining things in depth where I needed it but didn't waste time with nonsense. 5 stars.
