I’ve never had a less-than experience here, run by a friendly team. Christina was very welcoming and cared for the fitting rooms so well. She helped me try-on a range of options in different sizes- If I were to roughly describe a certain cut or length, she’d communicate the best tailored-to-me fit and style. Thank you so much for making the shopping experience here great, I will be back again soon!

We went there a few times, every time the customer service was perfect. Today we went again and Christina was there with a big smile ready to help us in order to find what we were looking for. She made my day, super friendly all the time and very helpful, definitely she is employee of the year. Thank you again, Christina, we will be back soon.

I've been to this outlet a few times in recent years and it is always clean and the employees are helpful as well. They don't really have very good sales most of the time, so I normally don't buy anything here. They used to have a Dresswear section that had nice blouses, but they have gotten rid of that. Hopefully in the future, they will run better sales and I would be more likely to buy items from here.

The service was average.. but looking at the outlet prices.. they are higher almost than a CK store . Extremely over priced. I doubt if I will return or suggest others to visit. How ever customer service was fine!!

I bought a suit separate, pants and jacket. The jacket was somewhat tight but i dismissed this as i was wearing a thick mock turtle type shirt. After about a week, i tried on the suit with a dress shirt and realized the jacket was too tight. I brought it back to the store and the same sales person refused to exchange it for a larger size. She claimed there were stains however, I never wire the suit so not sure how that could happen. Bottom line: they declined to exchange it for another size. I would steer clear of this store! The sales person could see better than I that the jacket was too tight when i bought it. Beware of this store. When you leave the store there's no rethere is no exchanging!!
