“Stewart, the owner of Harmon's Body Shop, is amazing! After a run-in last December with a deer on the way home from work, my insurance company wanted to total my Kia Sorento after getting the first body shop estimate. But the adjuster gave me another option: She told me that if I could get the car repaired for a dollar amount that was about $1,300 less thana that estimate, they would pay for it. So I asked friends whether they could recommend a body shop that did good work at very reasonable rates. One of those friends told me she had gone to Harmon's Body Shop in Millsboro and Stewart had repaired her car for a charge that was very reasonable. So I went to Harmon's and talked with Stewart. He went to the first body shop to look at my car and said he thought he could do it for the dollar amount the insurance company was willing to pay. I had the car towed to Harmon's. Stewart submitted an estimate to the insurance company and it was accepted. As luck would have it, Stewart was able to find a Kia Sorento in a salvage lot that had been totaled but had an undamaged front end with most of the parts my car needed. It was even the same color! Less than 3 weeks after I had my car towed to Harmon's, Stewart completed the repairs, and I drove out of his shop with a car that had a beautifully rebuilt front end. Stewart also drove it just enough to make sure it was mechanically sound. I am fortunate to have found Stewart and Harmon's. I never could have gotten a car even remotely similar to my Sorento with what the insurance company was willing to pay me. I highly recommend Stewart and Harmon's Body Shop. He is honest, gets the job done in the timeframe he says he will and does great work.”

But I had a hit and run bumper fender repair on my Red Jeep Wrangler Sahara that I decided to roll the dice and give them a try.
They were the most professional of all the shops I called about 4 or 5.
They dealt directly with insurance and car rental and they came in at the most competitive estimate ...
My car was clean when I picked it up...and it looked better than new/ It wasnt driven meaning no miles were added from when I dropped it and they got the job done within a week...Scheduling was about 2mos out but once my apt day came up I was back in my car by Friday morning
My only recommendation is that Ive noticed many body shops have huge amounts a debris on the ground and I didnt like seeing my car parked around ontop of so much broken car parts but I checked my tires and they were all puncture free.”

“First I want to say that everyone working the day that I was in Advanced Auto was super helpful and very friendly. So I'm from Pennsylvania and we were in town on vacation and my daughter's boyfriend's power steering pump went out, now he did replace the pump approximately 2 months ago, Nancy and Chris were helping in every way possible, we borrowed tools and bought some tools. We replaced it right in the parking lot because I figured if we ran into an issue we would be right where we could buy or get right from the store. We installed the new pump everything seemed fine but when we started to pull out the o-ring on the pressure side blew out. So we had to replace that.Well for that I needed a line wrench that's when Nick Reese pulled in, he made a joke about something and I said if you have tools in that truck he said I do, he does roadside service so guess what he was a life saver. Thanks to Nick Nancy and Chris. And Advanced Auto they had everything we needed for the repair. It was raining by the way and Chris had a tent set up for battery testing and allowed us to just pull the front end of the truck under to keep the rain off of us. Big thanks again!!”

“I do love this place, very rarely do i not find what i need. They are helpful. The reason for my 4 star is ive bought some tools andThe nut driver kit I purchased had some kind of manufacturing flaw that included 3 of the same hex drivers(9mm I believe?), i was able to return them with no real issues. I keep all my tool receipts just incase. The break line wrenches I bought are not very accurate(10mm+11mm) strips the brass fittings. So honestly its not their fault but i am still upset i had to waste time.”
