I love Ann Taylor clothes but this location is the worst. I live in Rehoboth so it's really my only option. Every time I go in I am ignored. This time was especially egregious because there were associates everywhere and I had my husband piled up like a pack mule with clothes to try on. The associate in the fitting room walks around me standing there waiting for a fitting room to go ask someone behind me shopping if she can put her clothes in a fitting room. The she makes eye contact with me from 2 feet away plants her legs in the fitting room entry and looks to my right. I sd "excuse me can I try these things on?" She says "Oh you wanted to try something on?! You can just walk in there". She then checks on every other person in there except me. She also blocks the door every time I Come out and call my husband for his opinion. I finally got so annoyed I stopped trying on clothes because their behavior was so ridiculous. I get to the front and of course no one is ringing anyone up but at least they tell me they're busy doing something in the computer. I have been in so many higher end stores and stores at these outlets and get such good treatment. Clearly the culture in this store is let's see if we can act out the pretty woman store scene and look down our noses at paying customers.

Store closes the changing room 30 minutes before they close the store, so you can't try on the clothing you shopped before... no sign on the door telling you this, so you waste your time. The lady at the changing room was rude and not a person who should be representing the brand. Complained and was told the store manager directed the staff to close the changing room early and be this was to customers so they could have time after closed to restock the store. Basically time working when closed was more important than a good customer experience. This store is poorly managed!

Very clean and orderly but the staff was very rude. I have been an Ann Taylor customer for 10+ years and I have never been treated so rudely in any of your stores until I visited this particular one on vacation. I also witnessed another lovely lady treated similarly. Very disappointing. I left for Vineyard Vines and did my shopping there.

Love this store. Jeans fit meperfectly off the rack. Long legs withshort rise. Prefer Ann Taylor over anybrand for all items. Have a cashmere sweater collection from Ann Taylor.Staff is always helpful.So Ann Taylor for all seasons, casual & dressy.??? ?

Very discounted merchandise and, in spite of Corono discomforts sales help was professional and attentive. I love Ann Taylor clothing.
