I was discriminated against and assaulted by a disrespectful rude black female clerk at this post office who refused to mail my letters on 2 separate occasions. People like this should not be working customer service jobs if they are unfriendly, rude, and unwilling to help all customers.

Nice little post office in historic Odessa. Stopped in a few days before Christmas to send a some packages and the clerk was very patient, helping me correct a zip code issue. Thank you!

I asked the clerk to track a package number for me. When she came back to the counter she was rude,,unprofessional and very condescending towards me. She was a Dr. Jeckal Mr.Hyde! She started off by tellng me, in a rude manner, that it was my fault the package didn't get delivered to my house. When I tried to defend myself she told me to be quiet! I guess it's my fault usps don't know how to use GPS!? I'll never order anything that has to be delivered by usps again! And she needs a job where she doesn't have to work directly with the public.

I love this USPS location. Tamara was AMAZING and so nice despite the holiday traffic + COVID-19 restrictions. Thank you for all you do to help us function!

If I could give this location less than one star I would. Both the manager Tyra clerk Tamara were extremely rude and condescending. I arrived shortly before 12 waited in line while 2 customers were waited on and was told ‘oh I’m on lunch, I can’t help you” excuse me, I just waited in line while you served 2 customers and you tell me now at 12 that you are on lunch. POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE. Voicing my concerns to Tyra was a joke, she all but stated that kind of behavior is acceptable. Clearly she have never taken an IPC course. Sadly I have witnessed them both on serval occasions behave this way with a certain demographic, but go out of their way to service others. Needless to say I will be filing a formal complaint. If you can’t master basic customer service skills, you in no way should be the face of an organization.

The counter folks at the Salem Post Office are unfailingly professional and customer oriented. There are often elderly residents needing assistance with postal matters and I have observed the staff many times being really patient and helpful with these folks.

Best Post office around. The woman who works there is so sweet and helpful. She should take over the middletown post office and teach them how to actual run a post office with class and efficiency.

My all time favorite USPS! Always receive the best and friendly service. Not to mention it's such an adorable location. Extremely reliable too with mail truck pickup.
