“After reading many poor reviews, I was half afraid to even go in for my passport appt today. The greeting was non-existent, which isn't ideal but not everyone is all smiles and happy every day. Customer service is a hard job contrary to popular belief. The clerk who took care of me and my appt, (Joni) was no nonsense, very knowledgeable and courteous. So far my experience with this office has been a positive one as well as my mail delivery service with them.”

“I read nasty reviews here BUT the lady I dealt with was very helpful and understanding as I needed to retrieve an Amazon return box a few hours after dropping it off in order as I forgot to place something inside the box. She found it opened and reclosed it even as it was a busy time of day. I dont need idle chatter just results.”
