While the people here are great they can only do so many people in a given time frame. They are understaffed for the amount of people waiting to get blood work done. Management needs to addess the shortage of help available. Appointments are never available less than a two weeks out and walk in wait times are too long.

Online they open at 6 am but when you get here it's really 6:30

The most kind and caring people, I arrived a half-hour early to my appointment and they saw to treat me right away. Ms. Roza was lovely and made sure I was taken care of. Thank you!
