My husband and I recently had a home improvement project done in our eating area that's adjacent to the kitchen. We installed matching cupboards, a backsplash, a quartz countertop, and lighting underneath the cabinets. The result is a beautiful design that we're both pleased with.Throughout the entire project, from its inception to its completion, the execution was seamless and went without any problems, and everything was completed on time. The communication with the contractors from Interiors By Kim was excellent, and their responses were prompt when needed. Kim is excellent to work with! Her teams converted my screened porch into a beautiful 4 season room. A load bearing wall needed to be removed. Dave and his crew were awesome. It is apparent they care about the work they do. Her other team members were also great to work with, nothing was too much trouble for them. They also removed and put- up new stairs/landings into the house along with ship-lapping my great room ceiling installed new fans and lights and updated my laundry room. How thrilled we are with the new entry and stairway carpeting designed and installed with Diana’s help at Interior’s by Kim. Not only is it beautiful, designed to perform, and installed to perfection, but also it is absolutely a delight underfoot— easier on our feet and knees.We can’t say enough about the attention to detail and quality of resources offered through Interiors by Kim. I worked with Diana Morris to have a stair runner installed as our little dog was slipping on the stairs going down.We have three flights of stairs and I wanted the runner tomimic the look from a photo that I had.Diana and her co-workers did such a great job and matched the photos exactly.I have never had someone that wasso great at staying in touch throughout the job. I am already thinking about other projects to get done. I would highly recommend!!Thanks Diana!

Kim presents as someone who will stay on top of your project, be at your home whenever a sub-contractor does work so she can be sure everything is done right. This is not true. We had a shower completely redone by Kim and it was cracked and failing nine months after it was completed. I got no response from the subcontractor who did the work. Our bathroom took over 9 months and it still was not finished so we changed contractors, which is why I contacted the sub. (Delays were not covid related - no one was showing up to finish the work!) I also contacted Kim with photos of the problem and told her I was having it repaired. I asked if her insurance could reimburse me for the thousands of dollars I wasted working with her. She said she would check my file. That was one month ago. Do not work with this person.

I have used Interiors by Kim for wallpaper installation in three properties in Ocean View. They are responsive and professional and employ talented staff. I have always been satisfied with their service and would recommend them without hesitation.

Our first floor remodel looks great. Everything from window treatments, tile shower, lighting, vanity, laminate flooring, and carpet now updated from the 1980s. Each professional tradesman did top-notch work.

Kim has a magic wand!! Five stars doesn’t even come close - I wish we could give her 100 +++!Interior design is simply one of her many highly skilled, impressive talents! She waved her wand and suddenly a large team (of her skilled magicians :-) appeared and magically transformed our 25 year old beach cottage into a stunningly beautiful brand new home within just a matter of days! Highly professional, brilliant, creative, impeccably talented, surprisingly calm under intense pressure while multitasking, etc…describe only a very few of her many attributes! Interiors by Kim replaced all our old carpeted floors with beautiful luxury vinyl tile. Fantastic customer service and super quick turnaround time. The floors look terrific, and the installation was done meticulously, installing and matching shoe molding to really work well with doors and trim. Looking forward to working with them again!

We had Interiors by Kim replace window treatments and flooring in our beach condo. They did a fantastic job. Mitch was extremely responsive and flexible with our requests. We are very happy with the results -- beautiful wood shutters and vertical drapes, and new laminate flooring and carpets. The work they did took our condo to another level and made it sparkle. Kat was extremely helpful last year when I came in for items to stage a home for sale in Dagsboro. The showroom and staff are great for DIY advice; there's very little sales pressure and yet the resources are there to hire if I do need more help. To another friend in Bethany West I am recommending your Property Watch service, which is certainly helpful when out of state owners cannot get back to the shore, due to Covid-19, and they need occasional inspections and someone to winterize or open up their homes but do not desire the services of a property management firm. I hope to tell others.
