My family of 6 were far from home and had electrical issues in the parking lot of Carquest & Ocean Air Tire. We initially asked for help from Carquest employees who happily tried testing battery, starter and alternator then they went and grabbed Matt at Ocean Air who was INCREDIBLE!! He spent an hour or more methodically testing every possible failure (18 engine codes were firing), alongside the totally helpful Carquest employees, Dorothy and Daniel. In the end he got us diagnosed, fixed and back on the road. It could have been a miserable day of towing to the dealer and expensive estimates but instead we were MacGyver'd up with a giant cable tie (wiring harness failed) and salvaged a day at the beach. Completely above and beyond service in every way. Both businesses under the same owner. Thanks guys!!

Took my bosses van in to have them put spare tire back were it belongs ( they put 4 new tires on the van) charged me $50 each not a problem but didn't put the spare tire back were it belong. My boss called and asked them if they would put it back where it belongs they said yes. So I took it to them because my boss is taking care of his wife that had a lung transplant. Well the lady at the desk was rude and the gentleman wanted to argue with me. All I was doing is what the boss told me. Hello my boss is 72 years old he can't lift that tire and put it back!!!!

Terrible. Guys acted like we were bothering them and didn't try to help at all when asked a question. No other customers in the store either so not sure why he was so bothered.

These guys are fabulous! We went in to buy a tool for removal of a wiper blade. Instead they helped show us how to remove and replace the blade and did it in the rain!! The store is neat and clean and so well organized! Thank you for your kindness friendly service!
