“I lost my wallet and went into the Ocean View branch near tears! There was only one person behind the counter and her smile was was very reassuring. She canceled my debit card and gave me a new one. Then she did something that not too many people would do...she found another employee and came out to my vehicle and looked for my wallet! She found it in 30 seconds!!! We hugged and I will never forget her! Her name is Trish and she said this wasn't her normal branch. I don't know where her branch is but they are better for having her! “I see a lot of reviews on here about the staff being rude. Personally, after over a decade, I haven't had a bad experience yet, account service related or otherwise. However, I have seen people in bad moods come into the bank already upset, allowing any small inconvenience to set them off on an employee. Many such cases.
For practical purposes, Fulton in Ocean View is my local bank. I know the people who work there, and they know me. It's not perfect by any means, nothing is ever perfect, but I know the people who work there really care about the quality of their work. I trust them to handle my checking accounts, and I think other people should too, newcomers and locals.”
