Stay away from this company. They sold me a home policy and 3 months after they requested i do repair to roof i did the repairs and i sent them proof after that they changed their mind and want me to replace the whole roof in order to keep the policy active. Why did you send me a letter then asking me to get roof inspected and repaired then deny my active policy unless i replace the roof my self. Bad business waste of time.

This agency was supposed to renew my homeowner's insurance policy 2 months ago and dropped the ball. Next correspondence was from the insurance company stating my policy had expired. Phoned and emailed Drass numerous times and never received a response

I have been with Drass Insurance for so many years I can't remember how long it has been. They have handled my business insurance without any problems. Always get back to me in emails or phone calls. I read others reviews on here and can't believe them. I have sent other contractors there and they love them. Great agency. Highly recommended.

Horrible insurance agency that constantly doesn’t answer phones. Is out of the office, doesn’t return messages left or emails sent. Fired them this morning for rude behavior in addition to the fact that for the 5th time in recent memory they didn’t even get back to me to add new vehicle to my policy and wasted my time chasing them around. I would never use this agent for your insurance needs, ever.

Horrible customer service, never returns calls, never does anything in a timely manner, always on vacation or out of the office. Fired them this morning after not getting any response to add additional vehicle since early last week. This is typical customer service we've experienced on a long term basis from this horrible agency. Would highly recommend you not use this agent ever. Very rude and doesn't return calls even though message inbox says 24hr return call we never get calls back and have to chase them around. Emails sent to add vehicle also ignored by Lou. Stay away from Drass.

If I could give zero stars, I would! I've had Drass for commercial insurance for 4 years, the company recently went up on my policy for no reason (no accidents and no claims) without notice. they also sent out my billing information 2 months after the renew date and expect me to pay the increased rate. the ladies i spoke with was unprofessional, nasty, had no understanding and no consideration for their delay in sending out the invoice late and for the increased rates.they took no responsibility for their mishap. they had a take it or leave it attitude. and for a client that have been with them consistently for 4 years this was unacceptable. to go up on your premium in the middle of a pandemic is horrible when most insurance companies offered their clients 15-20% off their premiums, Drass went up 15-20%! this is unacceptable and forced me to have to find another carrier.

We use Drass for our corporate and personal policies. Nobody likes paying insurance, but at least Drass makes it simple. They are always quick to assist with any request, and the entire team is pleasant! They get an A+ in my book and they have been servicing our needs for years!

If I could use NO stars, I wish I could! I just literally had the WORST experience ever via telephone with this agency. The owner, Lou, was a complete jerk when he called my office demanding our fax number or email address and then he hung up on me! What a nasty attitude he had, I still can't stop shaking! I hope they go out of business very soon if that is how they treat people!
