I had my vehicle repaired and I couldn't possibly express how satisfied I was with the entire process. The staff was polite and extremely professional. The cost for repair was more than reasonable and the repair was done well and in the time I was told. If you need a repair check them out!

I've used Brandywine Body Shop for at least 5 repairs, a few insurance related and a couple where I paid out of pocket. I had great experience for each situation. Each time, I got the car back and it was like it never happened. If your paying out of pocket, they are the best value around. I saw a couple of the "Karen" reviews... I am sure there is a lot more to those stories. Don't hesitate to use them.I used Caliber Collision ONE TIME. Profoundly rude man I wouldn’t suggest anyone to get work performed here. Not only does he not clearly listen to what is said but then makes ignorant explicit comments to the person, and also made a racist comment about someone’s English who was not me and whom they spoke very clear English.
