I had 2 Zales employees at the Christiana location lie straight to my face. First one quoted me $75 to resize my gold wedding band. Second one confirmed the price. Then as she was collecting my credit card, she says "oh, it's actually $159". When I complained about the false quote, her solution was to take out a Zale credit card and maybe I can get a discount when picking it up. Don't expect candid & honest service here!

Sue was absolutely amazing! We came in looking for a setting for a diamond and she recommended we come in for an appointment to have it set in store. Everyone was so kind and Sue came in during her time off to check in on how the appointment was! High recommend
